Ok, so clickbaity title but people click easier on lists so here it goes.

I'm 33, 5'7 , Easter Europe (sorry if i make english mistakes), average looking guy, i slept with around 50 women more or less, around 15 in my country and 35 in Philippines. I lived there for 14 months, the social status you're getting there for being white and "tall" makes it so much easier.

I've been with a russian instagram model, a 6'2 girl with 30 tattoos, a beautiful artist and a lot of different women from 18 to 36. This is what i've learned:

#1and most important rule, be a good human being. There is enough hypocrisy, psychopathy and evil in the world, don't add to it. Be honest with what u want from a woman, most of the women you will meet you are not attracted to, and the ones you are attracted to will not be a good fit emotionally/intellectually. So don't lie about relationships, be honest that you want to fuck them and let the chips fall where they may. A lot of women will want sex too if you present yourself well and make them feel good and safe.

#2. The women you will get depend on a lot of factors, but a stupid made up formula could be like number of lays = your looks ( physical appearance + how good you present yourself + hygiene ) + your social status ( how is your nationality regarded in that country + money + reputation/how you behave with people and people behave around you, social circle and cool friends ) + your personality/ability to "game" ( how funny you are, how anxious, if you have cool stories, games, etc, past trauma that u haven't dealt with, emotional dysregulation ). I'm sure i forgot some stuff but these are the key things, so gym, dressing well, knowing yourself and knowing what u want, you get the point.

#3. Stop with the games, don't tolerate games. Don't be mean, say what u mean and mean what u say. Stop with the "how much do you weigh" when girls ask how tall are you, it's so stupid. Of course we all have preferences, and it's now shallow, it's a requirement for attraction. You can see how fat a girl is, you can't see exactly how tall a guy is because it can be contextual not absolute. It's not like you have a 2m ruler near you so the girl knows. And yeah, she is not on a scale but u can see if she is fat and it's frustrating too when a girl wears too much clothes and u can't tell so it goes both ways.

3b. Stop with the games means no texting crap, just text what u want and what u need, no waiting for 3 hours before responding, just set up dates and take it from there, endless texting or too much texting is bad for a variety of reasons.

#4. Have a life. Seduction is a by-product of a well lived life. Yes, you do have to take action, but it's not the goal to have a lot of women, the goal is to have a full healthy life with a good job/future, good friends, and a good impact on the world. Hobbies are overrated imo in this day and age when good people have to step up to the plate. Donating to charities either money or time, supporting a political party to try and change the shit situation we are in, helping out homeless or sick or old etc. Yeah, playing computer games is fun, bla bla bla, but as men, as people, we need to do our part.

#5. The most beautiful women are usually not that great in bed. They have nothing to prove, they have no skills cuz they didn't need to learn. Of course, there are exceptions, but just trying to prove a point that just cuz a girl is beautiful doesn't mean she is great in any regards, check out the halo effect. So don't consider them mythical creatures, i swear they are not. Just regular girls with a lot more options and in some ways harder to impress but the paradoxical thing is the more you treat them normally the more they will like you.

#6. Everything is relative. A guy in London maybe won't get any matches and when he travels to south-east Asia he gets tons of chances. So maybe you're not in the best environment and you're playing on hard mode. Confidence has nothing to do with it. Go to SEA and get tons of lays and think " oh. i'm so confident now " come back to your country and guess what, you're still not getting matches. So being better/good enough is the only thing that counts. You're not tall, be wide ( lift weights ) . Be as rich as you can but don't spend the money on shit stuff, have nice clothes but not expensive crap.

#7. Stop listening to idiots. Really, there is a ton of shit advice out there because surprise, surprise, most people talk out of their ass. Especially when it comes to health and building muscle and when it comes to gaming women. Health is a really really complex topic, but what i'd suggest you do first is to do a genetic test for mthfr mutation, it's really common and can affect everything in your body so you need to understand what you need and how to change your diet so you function better -> meaning everything works better in your body, your muscles and your brain. If you do that then your decisions will be better down the line, your gym gains will be better. Morons on the internet that took PED don't understand the genetic variability and think if it worked for them it works for everyone the same. Even if they don't take PED but they were lucky in the gene department will have decent gains and spew the same old shit "calories in and calories out " crap and eat decent food. THAT DOESN'T WORK FOR EVERYONE!

7b. The same is true for seduction advice and the most important thing is that you can't really verify if what they are saying is true. So.. trust your gut, if you were a woman what would you like? a fit guy that smells nice is bigger then you to feel protected and has his shit together emotionally and financially? As a guy you want a good looking woman who is ok mentally and will not cheat on you and would make a good mother ( in the long term i mean ). We all want the same things with a few exceptions.

#8. Not everyone starts in the same point and it's not fair. Some will need a lot of work, some not so much, but i guarantee you that you will get better. Love yourself and try to improve yourself. We live in a crazy world, it's toxic literally and figuratively, it gets harder...the testosterone levels are going down year by year for the whole world and you need to fight that so clean up your drinking habits, your eating sugar habits and your sleeping habits and you won half the battle.

#9. Be honest means sometimes putting your foot down. Not in a mean way, but in a "ok, you can't go farther then this" kinda way. Is she being mean to you? tell her to cut it out ( sometimes mean in a funny way is just flirting so be careful and ask a friend if you're confused ). Is she not responding? Tell her if you're not important to her then you guys should stop wasting your time with the interaction. Is she being a bitch with someone else? Tell her that. TREAT A WOMAN JUST LIKE YOU'D TREAT A FRIEND. Don't tolerate crap, and ask for the stuff you want/need, don't be overly nice to a woman just cuz she looks good. She will appreciate you keeping it real with her, if she doesn't appreciate that, perfect, move to the next one cuz usually she is delusional and lives in her own little world that simps enable.

#10. There are amazing women out there. I met some, but if you think about a normal distribution, amazing women let's say are 10%. Do you have what it takes to get to the 10%? If she is beautiful, smart, emotional mature and can get anyone more or less...why would she chose you? are you her equal? not saying millionaire and ripped, but do you look healthy and have your shit together? if not.. then you know the answer.

I'm sure i could come up with more but i think it's already too much text. I'm not the greatest by any metric, i had good experience and especially good women considering that i have nothing great going my way in particular, i'm above friends of mine with a lot of money or that look much better so that's why i thought my input could be valuable. Putting on muscle is a real challenge for me so my body is ok-ish but far from good. I'm not tall or particularly good-looking. I don't have a lot of money but i love to read and understand life, i am funny and i honestly don't give a fuck, take me or leave me and i think honesty is what everyone likes the most.
