First you need to figure out what your goals are, relationship-wise.

What types of relationships are you looking for? Why? What types of girls are you interested in? Why?
Is it really what you want or is it what you think you "should" want?
What traits are you most looking for in women for the types of relationships you want?
What do you bring to the table that they might find attractive or interesting? And, no, 'being a nice guy' doesn't count.

There are no right or wrong answers to these questions, and we all go on different journeys at different times in our lives. However, if you choose not to answer these questions and just take whatever you can get, that's how guys end up in miserable relationships or just bouncing from one meaningless encounter to the next.

If you think your confidence is an issue, try to identify why that is. What causes it? How is it currently holding you back? How would you be able to define if it's no longer an issue? You'll need to sort it out in your own head first. Gettin yer willy wet isn't going to solve anything, though it might make you forget the issues for a bit.

I think it is, but make sure you don’t use these girls as stepping stones, only date the ones you think have potential for something serious or be upfront from the beginning that you won’t be getting into a serious relationship with them and treat them good in general.
