As a woman please do not listen to the people that are saying nice means non sexual or that not getting matches is directly linked to your appearance cause that's just f****** stupid. I would like to see a copy of your bio on your dating apps to see where you're at. For me personally I need to have something in your bio that I can respond to, something I can connect to not just "I like dogs & working out" For me if a guy is stunningly attractive but his bio is lame or empty I will not match with him so I would work on having things that girls want to respond to so they start the conversation themselves. On dating apps the only people I have a full conversation with are typically men that I have messaged 1st. I don't know but I prefer conversations I've Initiated myself. It might also take some of the pressure off you if she's the one to approach you 1st you know. Some things you can do to up your profile: - show you have hobbies and are independent - have clear photos of you and for the most part just you. Don’t include group photos. We don’t want to have to guess which is you - also, start with a semi professional headshot or photo of you. Possibly even smiling - don’t just start with hey when messaging. Start with something she’s mentioned in her profile or ask her about her week. - confidence is the most important. Most girls go for this. Getting no matches is probably because you don't look good. Fix your looks and figure out nice poses that works for you (hide bad areas and expose good areas).

Now onto the irl part.

If it's true that you are funny, all you need is confidence and sexual tension. You need to be able to say let's fuck at some point and you need to build up tension to that. So instead of just making random jokes try to stuff in few compliments, few teases, try to get close to her, get physical as well. Also don't speak to the group, speak to her. You can talk with whole group in the beginning but once you figure out which one you want, talk primarily with her. Let every other girl in the group that you are into that specific one as well. For example if there are 2 girls you can tell the one you don't like some joke about how people act (where you have like multiple choice kind of storyline) and be like "I kinda feel like she is a., I just never seen such a beautiful girl that would fit into b. group". You may even get a free wingman that night

You are not the only one, I know many guys who have been through the same thing. But you shouldn't get discouraged, keep trying or don't try anymore. Just go about your normal daily life and when you least expect it that girl will appear in your life, so don't stress yourself thinking about it.
