I don’t know how I started watching that kind of content but it was honestly super bad advice most of the stuff I found on YouTube. I did buy some online courses (night game, day game, text game) but what really helped me the most is just talk to women until it’s super normal and comfortable, you have to be natural. It was really simple. The hardest thing was doing day game but that really boosted my confidence because I started getting numbers. You just have to act like they like you already and talk to them w confidence. I mostly wait until they make the first physical move or if they say something about it and then I escalate.

I had a broken leg while I was a teenage and took time off school. While I was bored at home there was an old TV show called Keys to the VIP, a reality show where there would be hidden cameras in a bar and two contestants had to get girl’s numbers. I was 18 at the time. Typical bookworm virgin nerd that wanted to lose it. I didn’t understand social dynamics and emotions very well. I just couldn’t understand how getting laid worked. Everything needed to be formulated and rationalised in order for me to understand, so I spent a lot of time studying trying to understand it.

A friend saw me fail with a girl (she was attracted at first, but I didn't know what to do and I lost her interest) at a houseparty and started telling me about these guys who are good with women, that there are signs you can look for etc. - I was interested, so he sent me a few files via e-mail and told me to read them. The files were: "Getting Laid In NYC" by Paul Janka, "The Game" by Neil Strauss and "The Annihilation Method" also by Neil Strauss. I didn't believe that stuff at first and I didn't finish reading it, but after a few months nothing was getting better in my love life on its own so I was like "might as well" and read that stuff. I consider actually applying that stuff IRL to be one of the best decisions in my life.

As for what every beginner should know, I'd say the most important thing is actually to always try to look your best and take care of your hygiene. The second most important thing is to actually get out of the house and try these things out, no girl is going to just magically appear in your house and you're also not gonna figure things out just by reading about them. The third most important thing is to touch the woman you're talking to - seduction is not just verbal game, without touching and escalating you're just gonna bore a girl to death. Took me a while to get it, but this game really isn't about choosing the correct dialogue option, in fact, you can say almost anything as long as you're not saying stupid shit.

My social skills sucked and I was kind of the shy nerdy guy that wanted to get good with the ladies.

I ditched the computer guy look and got contacts and cut my hair. I dressed better by wearing collard shirts nice jeans and dress shoes. I studied game mainly from watching guys like simple pickup and Vince Kelvin on youotube.
