In my experience, be wary of any man who says he's 5'8''. That's the height they say if they are actually tiny, like 5'1'' - 5'3''. Nothing wrong with being that height, but they are lying.

I've been told as well that 5'11'' is the height they say if they know they're too short to get away with saying 6 foot.

You know this is the equivalent of what those Wish try-on Hauls are: guys need to watch that- like when I order something that is not what it looks like, do I take it to get it hemmed and altered and say, well, at least it works! Sometimes I wonder if 6’0 is an actually a real height or just a conspiracy.

I’ve legitimately never met a man who claimed to be exactly 6 feet tall, who I looked at and thought yeah that sounds about right.

Maybe this is because every man who is actually 6’0 claims to be 6’2????

Height is not as much as an issue for me, but girth is. I like a man that has some strength and muscle and is wide. I’ve met men that are 5’6” and have a great body. It’s the lying about their height that’s a total turn off.

Hilarious.! I always notice this too in pics. Ir you can also tell by short arms/hands (for me it's a giveaway). One guy I met from OLD last July said he was 6'1. I am 5'3, I wore 2 inch heels and we were nearly eye level 🤡 So that lie was pretty far fetched! I think a lot of them think just because a woman is petite she'll have no idea and never notice🙄
