Doctor Nerdlove is little more than a site which shames nerds for not being hot and for not 'intuitively' understanding social interaction/most other people... something which is arguably innate to nerds.

I'm Purple rather than Red, but seriously I've seen a monumental amount of nerd-shaming from self-proclaimed feminists (particularly recently owing to gamergate but its been going on for years and I've been at the receiving end of it personally).

Shaming and mocking nerds is no more than reinforcing gender roles; nerds are mocked for being gender-nonconforming. The absolute loathing we see from (some) feminists towards nerds only shows that today's feminist movement is Cafeteria Gender Traditionalism. Sticking it to the Patriarchy? Today's feminism is part of the Patriarchy!!!

This, ultimately, is fuelling the growth of the MHRM, of MGTOW and of Redpill.

Alexa stats say doctornerdlove.com is frequented by more females then males. Which is weird for a dating site aimed at men.

Ensuring she never learns the boundary-setting skills which are so important in professional life. A defense against change.

It's really fucking sexist, actually.

But I'm sure certain women love it.

I've seen many Bluepillers and Feminists laud his work on various Subreddits.

If someone's dating advice is lauded by women, I am suspicious. If someone's dating advice is lauded by feminists, the term "red flag" doesn't even remotely cut it.

I think he doesn't really understand what it takes to bed a woman that's outside of a person's comfort zone. He also isn't really clear on the basis of red pill.

He says that being a sex-positive feminist will help you get laid. That's why reddit is so sex-positive (because it's full of incels), but this advice probably doesn't work, in most cases. Well, at least he tries to convince men somehow.

Generally, it seems to be full of typical feminist wishful thinking. He claims that women have more sexual desire and that they are repressed by the society, but that doesn't explain things like why it's usually women who use sex as a bargaining chip in relationships, or why it's mostly men who rape (hint: it's because male sexuality is predatory).

In general, a leftist ideologue is someone I definitely don't trust with regard to dating advice. Everytime you complain about something, they say "it's the patriarchy's fault! if feminism progresses even more everything will be great!".

In this article, he lectures nerds on what they are doing wrong, explains why feminists have it worse, talks about misogyny, and name drops people like Laurie Penny and Arthur Chu.

The guy obviously cares a lot about appealing to / looking good to one side. It doesn't help that he is not anonymous (his real name is given!), so he's more easily influenced by his "leftist, feminist, and social justice" social circles. I.e. He has incentive not to piss off those people he knows IRL.

As for the advice itself, it is literally just bp advice. Maybe it works for some people, but it should be noted that a lot of that is advice rpers claim to have tried with great failure. It's not perfect advice that works for every demographic, so he's not going to pull from the trp demographic.

If he bills himself as an alternative, then that is only so in the sense that he aims at a completely different demographic. Likely bp men who want to stay as bp men. The fact that it gets relatively little participation from men interested in dating advice does say a lot.

I can propose one explanation, the name Dr. Nerdlove doesn't strike me as particularly promising for a man purporting to give advice on masculinity, scoring with chicks, etc.

Maybe if his name was Wolf Ladykiller or Unrepentant Patriarch. Dr. nerdlove is maybe a tier or two higher than Beta McIncel on the coolness spectrum at best.

I can't speak for the advice he has given because I don't have the time to read it (will try to later tonight though).

That being said I do think it's worth noting that if his audience is primarily women and he's running a for-profit website (which I assume he is because there are advertisements), that it's likely his advice is not honestly intended to help men with their dating lives, and is instead primarily focused with retaining the attention of his female audience.

IMO, "dating advice" things are really stupid. The best piece of dating advice as far as I'm concerned is that rejection isn't actually painful at all. It's like getting a shot at the doctor's. You get a bunch of anticipation and fear that it's going to hurt, and once it happens it's like a little sting, and goes away. Once you understand that you'll have no worries with women.

The people of Greece are dying without medications because the European Union has decided it's more important that they repay their loans to the government of Germany, rather than curing sick people and saving newborn's lives.

All the talk about shared cultures and integrated values is "feel-good bullshit". I said it, and it sounded good while I was saying it, and now I feel good, I can tell myself I am a good person. Greek people are still dying, mind you, but I can now feel good. If I said "the EU sucks, it's a pile of crap" I wouldn't feel good. That's confrontational, harsh, not "feel-good bullshit".

Blue-pill is exactly the same. It feels really good when you say it. Oh my God, I am "treating people like people". Isn't that good? Don't the words sound like honey as you say them?
