Most people don't realize that people are sentenced with a grid system. It is based off your charges AND any previous convictions. The legal system is designed to give you many chances while robbing you blind and oppressing you at the same time. Almost anyone with no criminal history can commit pretty serious offenses and only get probation or diversion.

I’m sorry, but she shouldn’t be punished for this. She did not accuse anyone and was clearly suffering from some sort of mental trauma and/or delusion. She should have therapy and treatment for this, not jail time. The amount of incels that have overrun this sub are crazy.
