Pandora's gifts of chaos were beautifully evil. Hephaestus molded her from clay shaping her form perfectly. Aphrodite gave her femininity. Athena taught her arts and crafts and sandwich making.

Zeus ordered Hermes to teach her to be deceitful, stubborn and uncontrollably curious as a clueless cat.

Pandora was then given a box. Some might say it was what current year marchers call a 'pussy,' which was called “pithos” in Greek. The Greek gods told her that the box contained special gifts. They told her she was not allowed to open the box. Ever.

Told her that she could have a good life, and her husband would be happy too, and all she had to do is leave the box closed

Then Hermes took her to Epimetheus, brother of Prometheus. Hermes offered up the nearly naked nubile vixen as his wife.

Prometheus had advised Epimetheus never under any circumstances to ever accept anything from the Gods. Pandora was scared shitless. She knew she alone was to blame. She knew she had failed. Because of her, now the future was fucked. She saw all the evil spirits coming out. She said tried to close the box as fast as possible but she was scared.

She did manage to close he lid before the worst evil that ever existed in all man's hearts escaped. She has somehow manged to save mankind from the worst thing a Greek could have. She closed the box keeping 'Hope' inside.

With all the troubles she set loose, Pandora at least saved people from the additional burden of bitterly clinging to that faithless whore hope.

Then, clueless and curious to the last, she opened to box to see what was left inside the last demon was loosed upon mankind.

I totally get it. There's a lot of times I mention that there are in fact things women (and frankly other men) do to men that should be seen as unacceptable, but are seen as fine and I do it in a calm and respectful manner acknowledging both men and women go through tough times that need to be acknowledged.
