It's a neat summation of the delusional entitlement syndrome of such women: The 2nd sentence says she wants movie-like style of excitement like a blockbuster film as if there are a million butterflies everywhere she goes. But the first sentence says she wants it to be "real".

This may not be a total contradiction for her. Since she mentions FWB and ONS, she probably has had plenty of both with "real" men giving her "tingles" but she hasn't figured out that something that's too good to be true, is by definition NOT real. Even worse, she may define ordinary life, where a guy is a schmoe with no moves, as being "fake".
