I say this after being called a 'class reductionist' for the nth time.

It is interesting how feminism absolutely fails to recognise class or economic power as a thing that exists. Feminists all claim to be fully cognizant of class issues (and when I say class I mean economic as well) but in actual operation they are not accounted for at all.

  • Everything boils down to 'The Patriarchy' - the good old gender bias. You wont get a usable definition or proof or even evidence but must instead take it on face value. But the patriarchy does not cover class. It does not talk about class. Man = Oppressor, Woman = Oppressed, Owner of the Means of Production = Irrelevant.
  • Intersectionality/Progressive Stack virtually ignores class. They do mention class here, but only in the context of a 'poor black lesbian woman' - it is used as a boost afterthought on claiming a high place on the stack - not something that is cared about in itself. Class alone will never be more important than gender, and a woman with a billion dollars will be always be oppressed a man with nothing.
  • The general relentless focus on 'women at all costs' has placed lower class boys dead last educationally as the entire effort of most western governments is to raise girls standards, regardless of their actual achievements. This same pattern repeats across criminal justice, social services, etc. The actual most needy are always ignored in favour of 'helping women'.

This all aligns far too well with the 'Men Kampf' game - it isn't really possible to tell Feminist literature apart from White Nationalist literature if you redact the nouns. If anything probably the best summary of modern day feminism I can come up with is 'Female Nationalism'.

So the question: Why is feminism considered 'left'? At a fundamental base level, If given the option of helping a bourgeoisie woman over a proletariat man, they will pick the bourgeoisie woman every time.
