Cold approaching women has a high turn over rate, though I heard instances where the relationship works out, even to marriage. But when you share a consistent environment with the same women, in a community, they seem more interested. I always thought it’s because they can easily assess the value of the man based off his social proof & status in said community, where if he’s in demand he becomes a symbol of her own status in the community and because he create a sense of familiarity. Thus, an employee has a bigger advantage at getting a girl at his job as opposed to his counterpart, a random customer.
