Tell EVERYONE

Start with the other betrayed spouse. Tell friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, acquaintances, absolutely everybody.

This isn't about revenge.

Affairs thrive in the dark. Shine a light on her lies and betrayal. This will be a huge help to other spouse if she decides to stay or leave her cheating husband.

When she cheated she literally fired you as her husband. You have no obligation to keep her ugly secrets.

If you do it just send the proof you have. Don’t try to be her friend. Simply title it something like ‘thought you deserved to know.’ Then include the most iron clad you have first. I don’t like any electronic trails on shit like that so I’d drop it off in an envelope at her job or some shit like that.

Revenge is best when served cold. Assuming you’re now certain you want out, focus ALL your energy on protecting yourself, treating your sti and divorcing the woman who is no longer the person you married. There is almost nothing tangible to gained from destroying other people’s lives and a heck of a lot of downside risk. Woman just have to allege you sexually assaulted them and you can find your access to kids cut off, lose your job, become a social pariah, out tens of thousands in legal fees and much worse. That’s before they take you to the cleaners in a settlement. It’s raw and I am sure you want to stick it to her but don’t do it. Find some way to take week or two off work and get away where you can make a plan to exit from the hell you’ve found yourself in. Cut off contact with stbx so you can think. Mourn the life you knew and know to going to take a couple years to get through this journey you’re now on. The happiness you find at the other end is how you serve up revenge cold. Best of luck!

I’m waiting to speak to an attorney to make sure I don’t shoot myself in the foot. It’s such a moral dilemma to be in, outside of the absolute horror that is my emotional state. I’m good. No. Save the information for when it may be useful. If you want a divorce, then having them stay together would be the ideal way to exit. If he goes running back to his wife, then you're kind of stuck too.
