This is in relation to the topic of pre-selection or mate poaching.

Basically, a single man tries to meet women and struggles very much so when he shows interest. Yet the moment he's seen in the company of other women, then other girls are like 'he must not be a weirdo'.

Why can't you get to know him personally and find out about his character from there? No, I'm not talking about situations where men are acting very inappropriate during the first parts of the conversation or saying things that are incongruent. Being put off by those behaviours is very understandable.

I'm moreso talking about situations where a man is by himself or is out with male friends, and some women just assume he's weird when he tries to talk to them. This is what I'm talking about. Why does a man suddenly have value if he's in the company of other woman? There are plenty of nice single men who may not have female friends for one reason or another, and i don't believe it speaks of his actual views of women and girls or a good indicator to see if he's weird or not.

Sometimes I get the feeling this is just another misandrist practice where the man is automatically assumed untrustworthy unless a woman is there to vouche for him cus 'they give the approval, u can't go after what you want silly man' or some shit like that.
