Females are attracted to men who have, or at least portray that they have a high social value. Seddit, what would be your tips on developing and portraying a high social value toward females?

I've always been a pretty fun person to be around but a few years ago I was reading some facebook status updates and noticed something. Most people whined, bitched and complained most of the time. I went through my history and indeed I also had a mixture of positive and negative updates. I then noticed that most people I like to be around tend to have more positive than negative comments. It's because they are like that in real life. So I decided to test this theory out and it worked so well it kinda changed my life. Whenever somebody is organizing a party now they mention that I'm going to be there to get other people to come. People actually tell me how much fun they have with me. Here are the changes I've made:

1) Don't bitch, complain or whine about anything or anyone. If you are pissed off with something or someone don't say anything. (Unless something will change when you do)

2) When people ask you how you are, from now on you are always excellent, absolutely amazing and fantastic. If you are not, lie. (Unless something is really up that you need to have a proper talk about)

3) You never get ill. You are always feeling great. If you have flu, hangover or stomachs bug you are at home busy with something. There is absolutely no need to go out and look for sympathy and announce to the world that you are feeling poorly. Nobody will care except your mum. (Unless you are seriously ill)

4) Make genuine positive comments about your activities, people you are with, their looks, previous great times you had together, their friends, bright future ahead of you etc. Don't make any negative comments. You go for a dinner and have 2 dishes. One great, one terrible. Most people will complain how shit their second dish was. I say how great the first dish was. It's OK to agree with others on how bad the second one was but don't be the one to bring that topic up.

Just doing that will not only make others feel great around you it will also fill up your head with more positive thoughts and fewer negative ones. You can feel the positive energy in the air. I meet up with people who are tired after work and end up partying until 6 in the morning while you meet some other people who are out partying but because they are so miserable everyone wants to go home and sleep. Nobody wants to be around a depressing whiner and if you think about it most people complain and bitch a lot.

Developing high social value? That's a long story.

Portraying high social, well, just have high social value.

Really, you need to do the things that YOU are passionate about. If you are always actively trying to improve your life, you will feel good about yourself, and be giving more value then you take.

For example:

Work out everday
Eat healthy (i eat paleo and its really improved my life, although everyone has their different opinions on whats the best)
Always be positive around people, don't one-up people, don't down-play people's accomplishments
Goes with #3, but always be down if that makes sense, always be trying to have fun.
Actively be in control of your social life, meet people, project your personality. Instead of waiting for someone to tell you what you're doing, go do it yourself and invite your friends.
Follow your passions and what you want to learn as skills or improve. Are you a programmer? Actively improve your skills in that. Are you into other cultures and languages? Perfect your second language and maybe do a third. I mean its different for everyone but these are some examples.

tl;dr Focus on yourself and what YOU want in yourself first, project that positivity outwards into your social life and you're golden.

Social value means status and status is one of the traits women find attractive. Build social value with the type of girls you want to meet. I like cute girls that feed off more relaxed conversations and build my personality that way which is high value to those girls. If it is low to other types of girls that's okay! I'm comfortable with my high social value with some girls.

Something that I think is often overlooked is general mental prowess. While you don't have to be able to explain quantum physics, it helps build a lot of confidence if you have a proficient well of knowledge for a certain niche. A good, thorough perspective on the arts, literature, science, politics, sociology, psychology, etc. is often appreciated and shows that, in addition to your fun demeanor, you're also a thoughtful and ponderous individual.

I am NOT a big fan of the whole "social value" paradigm. The girls you want don't care if you went to an Ivy League School or ran Marathon in under 3 hours. You ARE a man right now. Don't underestimate that. Being a male gets you 85% of the way there.

Confidence, confidence, confidence. It's the biggest and most crucial trait a man can improve to develop a "high social value." There's no actual rating of social skills, it's all based on how present yourself. Sorry for sounding like a broken record, but come on, it's true. And we all know it. Look yourself in the mirror everyday, and just say "You are a sexy beast, and there is a girl waiting for you to talk to you out there." Keep saying it until you fucking believe it. I may not be adding anything to the conversation, but it felt therapeutic to write this out.

The easiest thing you can do right now, is working on your body language. Read a book or two about it (I don't have a particular one in my mind at the moment), and practice it as you go about your day and always.

EDIT: Just a tip: If you only do the easy things in life, you won't get too far.

You only need to develop your "perceived" social value.

Sure you can buy a nice shiny new car for 60K but not all guys have the money to do that, and somehow they are still able to get the girl.

IMO if you've already done well with your conversation, kino, and dominance, she should already have a perceived high value on your social status. At this point she's already so into you, you could show up in flip flops, torn shorts, driving a 1973 pacer.

Expand your comfort zone, the straight and skinny is that you won't have high social value until your interacting with society, I don't care if its painting classes, a weekly improv session, learning how to juggle, volunteering, if you find something that clicks (not even like 'omg My passion!" ) just something new that you can get into. You will have enough enthusiasm for it to catch with other people, and for you to WANT to be involved.

Enthusiasm + you actually enjoying what you do , will lead to you having social value in whatever group you've found (the acting class, or the circus folk or the book club whatever) , and this in turn will make you an attractive partner.

I've found that a lot of what seduction teaches kind of intertwines and it generally has a bunch of fringe benefits aside from getting you laid, it makes you a better, more fulfilled, more interesting and happier person.

Get out of your comfort zone and you WILL find something that you can do that will up your social value and draw people to you.

First of all... Get high social value. Whatever it is that you do or you're interested in... be the best at it. Even if its some nerdy video game... or being smart? Be the smartest smart person. Being really good at something: high social value.

Secondly... get yourself into situations where you can portray your high social value. If you're the smartest dude in the world, a club isnt where you are going to portray your social value... maybe a house party... or a coffee shop... or even a church? (being missionary means two things)

Thirdly... and while im sure you've probably seen the first two, work on PERSONAL EXPRESSION. I mean like... learn new words, expand your vocabulary. Telling someone you have value doesnt give you value... illustrate it. Makes you that much cooler.

Be familiar with the people that you are around. While in group conversation, smile and laugh. Don't fake it, but give off a generally happy vibe.

Bragging, no. When applicable, mention your achievements and passions. I personally am very excited for an overseas trip i'm taking this summer, but I won't bring it up unless the subject winds that direction. If not, i'll talk about a different interest or ask a girl about hers.

Having a good group of guy and girl friends might be best for this. A friend introducing you to a group of girls already gives you social value because that person introduces you as someone worth talking to.

One of my best policies, other than always be happy and positive, has been to avoid drama. When that shit starts, either I immediately bounce a.d find something better to do, or I just ignore it to the point where I start laughing about it.

If people want to bitch at eachother, cool. But I usually hop up and take off, usually taking someone with me or going to meet some other people..

If you (act as though you) don't have time for petty bullshit, people will begin to take notice, and then the whole scene around you improves.
