This is more like a playbook than a hack. The main flaw is not paying for a first date. I've lost out on opportunities because the girl was broke or found it wrong. It may be a cultural thing or a regional thing. But SoCal and minority women rarely would pay for anything. When they do, then this works like a charm.

Tony knows what he's talking about. As he mentioned, he's not a big player, but planning a date so that it's a good date - whether that means sex or skipping and holding hands, is crucial if you're going to get what you want out of it.

Don't waste your time and go haphazard and at the end of the night be disappointed because "Nothing happened." You make it happen or nothing. Follow a path or be a leaf in the wind.

If you haven't met the woman in real life the date at home is usually no go and will generally put them off.

To get her back to your place while on the date give her an excuse to go there without the thought of sex. Show her something (art, photos, ect) offer to play a game, offer a dessert or interesting food or drink.

If she says something like, "you just want to take me back to your place for sex" respond with. "We just met, I don't have sex on the 1st date, that's my rule." It will throw her off a bit, convince conscious mind that it's ok to go to your place. It will subconsciously want to make her get you to break that rule.

I'll agree with a couple of points here: 1st date at your place is usually pretty solid. And clean your bathroom. I was a regular at Club Friendzone for a long time and one of the big things girls would talk about was how gross the guy's bathroom was.

I can agree with most of this except the kissing bit. Unless the chemistry is mad crazy I will wait until the breaking point to kiss a girl. I'll just let all the touching and flirting linger so long that she'll be wondering why I haven't kissed her yet, and THEN I'll finally do it. The do what pleases you bit is what matters most though.
