I am a 19 yrs old male in college. I am pretty good looking, not gorgeous but good looking. I hit the gym, am studying civil engineering (i.e. future financial stability), am learning to play guitar, and despite some mild social anxiety I think I can hold conversations pretty well. Every day walking around campus I catch girls who are looking at me (both cute and not so much) and will quickly dart their eyes down or away or do that little hair flick/fix their hair. Atleast once a day every day also a girl will make eye contact with me and hold my gaze until we walk past each other. In my mind I see all this and say "dude! all these girls want you to go talk to them" but for the life of me I just dont do anything about it. What made you break out of this cycle?
