Simple discussion whenever a post about divorce is made on here. I see a simple example used by so many women.

“man and woman meet in their early 20’s when they’re both broke. They get married and woman decides to be stay at home wife and take care of the home while the man goes to college or starts his career. 10 years later man is now established in his career making way more money and two get divorced. Wife is entitled to half his money because she was there from the start. “

But what if she wasn’t there from the start? I know me personally I’ve never met a woman who was just willing to put me through school so we’d have a better future later on together or a woman who will just take care of the home with the hope my passions work out for us both in the end. In my experience most of the women typically come after most of the hard work of building and getting started into a high paying career is already done. Do others feel this way or no?
