No mater what we do, we are gonna be seen as sub par compared to normal men.

Women are gonna get icked, gonna not be attracted, gonna get skived out by the crippled self esteem issues.

And a relationship with any woman is not gonna compensate for the decade of being ignored and the struggle it took to be ;'worthy' of a single fuck.

No woman or relationship is worth that. The loss of the ability to relate with "normal' men and women who have lived loved and fucked.

As far as i can see loser late virgin men should adopt these standards as SOP.

1. Don't develop your internal self for the sake of a woman.  Fuck that concept entirely. Seriously they are not worth that effort. No one is. Let your own experiences guide you. If they have been good, you will be good, if they have been bad .. consider a change in the fundamental structure of who you are. All people care about is glamour. A sufficiently impressive artifice will make them believe there is something worthwhile  underneath.
2. Cant be a virgin anymore. You have to look like a player to qualify for even a relationship. So Go out and have sex. Even if you have to buy it. At the very least you will know if your dick works and escorts are a lot more sympathetic to ED than regular women. ( They are entitled enough to expect a salute from the little man on command. )
3. Fuck 10 different women  just to prove that you can fuck them both to yourself and to others. Otherwise how could you ever convince a woman that you want them for them rather than being desperate. That way you prove you have options.  Hell man fuck a trans woman too just to prove that girl dick holds no power over you. How can she know you want her if you have never fucked a transgirl before./s
4. Lie. Fucking lie about who you are and how confident you are. Never open up. Emotional support? Validation? That's for better men. Losers have their insecurities used to judge them as unworthy.  Never tell women about your loser past. Never tell women about the self doubt and the thoughts in your mind thinking " she might deserve better". You say that to her and she will think that she might deserve better.
5. Change your mindset from doing the best for her to doing the best for yourself. If in a relationship she is thinking about what is good for her and you are thinking about what is good for her..... , no one is giving a flying fuck about you.  Take care of yourself. She will take care of herself . You will meet in the middle. If not let her walk the fuck out. If she tolerates your self preservation then that's exactly what she deserves
6. Every-time you question whether or she deserve better than you - tell yourself this "no one deserves anything. No one deserves anything". You may not wash your ass after defecating, but if she stays don't try to convince her otherwise  
7. All you need in this life is you. You have lived decades alone. You have been your best friend your confidant, you support and your worst critic. You have cried yourself to sleep and you have celebrated your rare successes. Emotional support? You don't need it. You have never needed it. Love yourself like you would love anyone who displayed that kind of loyalty to you.  The love you yearn to share with someone else. Spend it on you. You are accompany that has never IPOed. You are the founder and only founders get controlling interest and equity 
8. If you have become successful now without a woman by your side you are your own partner.  It's your life. It's not a partnership, she doesn't get to decide shit. You don't need to consider shit.  She is not the partner. She is a passenger at best. Once you have reached what you consider your finish line, women are just passengers.

 Godspeed late virgins. Do not forget your sorrow and isolation. That is your comfort zone. You won't be able to if you try. They have become an indelible part of you. Use it.
