For anything outside of hunting for one night stands (which honestly sex is good but after a certain point this is just something you do so you don't have to work on yourself and face hard truths) honesty is the way you're going to find an actual meaningful connection

PsycHacks on youtube. doesnt entirely fit into this category but gives tons of very original, down to earth, father-like advice on all things, including relationships. The mentality he teaches is incredibly simple and effective, I couldnt imagine doing it any other way.

JT Tran from abcs of attraction. Not only does he explain stuff really well but he really emphasizes taking action. Whether it’s infield trial and errors or demonstrations, he gives feedback and hammers in on key points. No toxic stuff just tough love. Also the students that u practice with r also ones that u can learn and grow from too.

I will swear by Hypnotica, reading theory about how you have to be confident, authentic, give off a good vibe etc, is great. But actually achieving those traits is a different story. I used Masters Circle and it changed me a lot:

MC1: Hypnosis for confidence

MC2: Hypnosis for charisma

MC3: Give off the perfect vibe

MC4: Can't remember

MC5: Take responsibility for your life instead of blaming others

MC6: Become Charsismatic, but charisma on steroids

MC7: Believe and feel you are attractive and take women off the pedstal

Then there is Collection of Confidence, which is tough but worth it. Once you have walked around a city centre, stone cold sober with a dildo strapped to your head, you will no longer give a fuck what others think of you.

Modern Day Sexual Man: Sex stuff and removing shame

SMA: Hypnosis so you give off a sexual vibe

Get Over your ex: Exactly what it says on the tin

If your looking for routines, gimmicks, magical words, etc. Sorry this shit is not for you. Also, there is no magic bullet here. You still gotta put yourself out there. But listen to this stuff in the background and when your putting yourself out there you should notice a difference in your interactions.

I'd recommend nick notas. I'm a very practical guy and nick fits this quite well. He also understands the toxic mindsets of PUAs very well and stays away from that as much as possible.

Alex Allman. He's also very accessible. I pay $25/month for his Masculine Mastery program and he has regular Zoom meetings where we can ask questions. I would say that his big thing is having an attractive mindset and behavior. Not using manipulation, but being your best masculine self(not toxic). You can find most of his work on How To Man TV and I think if you subscribe, you get access to his Zoom meetings too.
