All jokes aside, the common thread is that these men often come under the guise of trying to save or rescue a woman that left a horribly terrible and abusive marriage.

These men are very dangerous as they often lack the ability to step back and think, maybe, just maybe she is lying or is trying to manipulate me. These are the sort of men what will murder you to backstop their white knight ways. Be careful with them as they tend to also be very emotional.

You don’t want to get injured and then these men get to live out their fantasy of replacing you as the father to your kids.

Just call the police when they begin acting emotional or signs of being violent.

Search for the YouTube video of the father that got shot by the ex wife’s boyfriend when he went to go and pick up his son. The boyfriend shot him dead like a dog.

My ex's AP is like ashamed which he should be of course but it's kinda laughable. He hides. He's never shown his face anywhere, never home when he knows I'll be picking up the kids, never once in 3+ years has been in the car with my ex when she is picking up the kids, my old neighbors say he won't come out when they are around and ducks around so as to not speak to them. I can only wonder what it's like at their work where she is his supervisor. The whole thing is honestly hilarious now to me because I have a way better life and 100x better girlfriend without her, and she's stuck with this extremely weird dude all because she wanted to live at the country club.

He came up to my car during a custody exchange in the grocery store parking lot and started ranting about how it was dangerous for me to pick up my son from his house because there’s nowhere to pull off the street and if I come onto his driveway he’ll have me arrested for trespassing… but also that it was an inconvenience for them to keep having to drive to the parking lot they selected to make the exchange… basically implying I should give up summer afternoons with my son because it’s inconvenient for him and he’s gonna keep being a dick about me being near his property to ensure it stays inconvenient for him… but blame me for it.

I rolled my window up on him and told him give me my son now or I call the cops and he finally did when he saw me dialing. I don’t owe that asshole anything, he gets no say in how I parent, and he doesn’t get to tell me when I can see my son. I’m his father… he’s just the guy who fucks his mom now and apparently not even well cause she keeps begging to come back and get another taste.

Before the divorce this guy also was at a karaoke night that I also went to with my own friends and he got on the mic and screamed red jumpsuit apparatus in my face until his voice gave out because my ex’s story is that I abused her and he “rescued” her from me (which is false of course… timeless tale we’re all familiar with). Of course he’s the one with actual assault charges on his record. He’s an unhinged manchild and I’m waiting for the day he gets bold enough to swing on me so I can send his ass to jail where he belongs and get him away from my kid.

Adamantly explained that I should realize / understand how hard this was for him… and told me the purpose of the convo was out of respect for me. I had known for certain for 6 months and expected for most of 2+ years. Literally destroyed my marriage (with her help) and my lifelong friend group in the middle of a pandemic. I was holding on by a thread. After that convo my sadness turned to anger and then righteousness because I was right all along. Weirdly it helped me heal and move on from self centered people who didn’t give the way I did.

Fuck that kind of selfishness sideways 😂 And I’m way better off!

We were acquaintances for years, and shared memes somewhat regularly. A few weeks after me and my ex separated I noticed he had disappeared from my social media when I tried to send him a meme.

Found out two days later he blocked me because they were hooking up. Oh well.

He tried to pick a fight with me when he and my ex were incredibly drunk. He's a little guy, I'm 2x his size. I had gone to their house about an issue with my daughter so I wanted to talk to my ex face to face. Dude comes out stumbling all over the place, booze spilled all over his shirt and just starts interrupting our conversation over and over. I finally told him to go back in his house while we talk and he get all offended saying "you don't tell me what to do at my own house" ... my ex knows me well we were married 16 years. So I looked at her and told her she needs to deal with him because I'm starting to get angry..

I put all my efforts in to keeping a cool head but he started shouting at me, so I told her I don't want to hurt him and she started pushing him in to their house. He was yelling the entire time at me about fighting me.. at one point I did kind of lose it and told him come on then let's do this. But my ex knows I would kill the guy so she pushed him into the house finally and I took off.

He apologized a ton the next day but I'm just not interested in trying to maintain any type of relationship with him anymore. I was cordial with him, but now I just don't talk to him.

We have two kids together so I have to keep communication open to my ex, and my kids live in his house, he's their step dad so I was trying to maintain some sort of respect for each other but he really ruined it that day.

My ex thanked me later for not hurting him haha
