This is like growing up in a small town. Everyone knows everyone, and people gossip, so you quickly gain a reputation.

In the small town I grew up in, for the guys who had a rep for approaching a lot and pissing off all the women who fell for their bs, it was like a pretty contained, gross cesspool.

Everyone else knew about the drama, but the women affected were a small minority just like the men were. The girls were pitied for being naive, and the guys were seen as gross losers. It was always a bad look.

The women could create an app and call it... Matcha. There they could determine whether or not they're dating the same islander and leave ratings about them

Lets say every woman has 10 Dates in the time we watch them and 50% of this dates go to 2000 Men, so 2000 Men with 25 Dates and 8000 Men with 6,25 Dates.

How could woman notice that they Date very much the same group?

In this weird hypothetical , they would know immediately because every woman is going on ten dates.

What you'd likely see is what you see anywhere when there's a limited dating community - there are going to be a few people to whom almost everyone is attracted to (modulo sexual orientation). There will be a lot of people who some people are attracted to. And a few people pretty much no wants to touch.

For both men and women.

Men would choose to date a small percentage of women if they were not sex obsessed. The OKCupid study data clearly show this. The difference for men is that they really want sex, so eventually they settle for monogamous sex with a woman whom they can find who actually wants sex with them, too.

In fact, the OKCupid also show that average women eventually message the men whom they are not as physically attracted to when said women are serious about dating. Tinder does not work like this, however, because, unlike OKCupid, it is mostly a hookup app.
