As an educator I support a g parent who takes their son out of public school. Protect our boys. I tend to look for misandry in the classrooms and within myself.

Please excuse me for this, I am a supporter of men, but I'm really sick of men in government, administration etc. allowing this crap to continue. Demonizing our little boys and for what?! To appease feminist?

When I was younger I definitely used to bother girls I liked. Whether it be stealing their pencil, not giving them the assignment if they're behind me, stepping on the back of their shoes in class if I'm behind them, covering their book when it's their turn to read or just being slightly more annoying than with my normal peers.

None of that was because I hate women. But I feel like that's the kind of crap that'll be the first to be stopped.

Meanwhile I'd imagine all the girls rule boys drool crap and boys go to Jupiter to get more stupider stuff will carry on. And girls who hit boys because they "can't" hit them back. Actual nonsense girls are taught to sing, do and yell while boys are doing things because they like them unless think they have the cooties.

They have their whole lives ahead of them so I'm sure the world assumes that they can do that elsewhere. But people you confide in thinking you're a monster and treating you poorly isn't something a kid can escape. If a teacher is taught to feel that way about a kid, that won't stop, ever, because teachers talk. So if all the teachers think little Timmy believes in misogyny, it's going to be a rough couple of years. They might even put that shit on file so other teachers believe that shit too when he goes to middle and high school.

The more I think about it the more I hate it. Painting innocent people as monsters. I can see it. Anything happens between you and a girl later in life: "Golly gee, Juanita, looks like Timmy was a misogynist since primary school. More at eleven."

School teachers have embodied misandry for the past 4 decades, so it’s not surprising that they would externalize this hatred and direct it onto vulnerable youths.

Ironically, it’s exactly this kind of nonsense that will help radicalize more and more men. Being abused as children, belittled, demeaned, and taught to hate themselves for the sin of being born with a Y chromosome, only to grow up with access to the wealth of knowledge that the internet provides and see nothing but injustice in the way society treats men.

If you have kids of your own, please keep them out of public school. Homeschooling or private schools are going to be infinitely preferable options for your children.

So we've gone from "boys will be boys" from the previous generations of middle aged women to "boys are all misogynists" from the current gen of middle aged Karens.

"Boys will be boys" was harmful in its own ways, of course, by excusing and enabling some bad behaviours, but it was also a real-life, experiential explanation for some of the more instinctive but harmless young male behaviours as well.

While I think boys should be taught to respect women (albeit in the way I was taught "back in my day" by being taught to respect everyone), I also think girls should be taught how to toughen up against unwanted behaviour from boys and use complaints to authorities/police as the last resort, not the first. But of course, that goes against the feminists desire for a secretly, fully gynocentric system.

Ooooof this was such a difficult read. It just kept getting worse man. I give a thanks to Kemi Badenoch for calling this initiative what it is, but I wish she gave a different example of better places to start in getting rid of misogyny. I don't know the political/immigration situation in the UK, but the best way to get rid of misogyny is to get rid of misandry.

It's crazy how deep they're willing to dig this hole just to avoid admitting "maybe men aren't doing so well". They'll plan, fund, and implement all of this stuff when they could just tell young lads "You have the power to choose to be a good person". They're going even further in pitting society against young men and wondering why young men feel a need to be resistant. Maybe the goal should be to shift the societal norm into one that young men can actually see their place in.

They shouldn't be surprised when these young men flock to misogynists like andrew tate when they're the only large public figures telling young men that they matter. They just want to hear that they aren't the problem with society for once. It seems like it should be the wake up call they need to really start focusing on resolving misandry, supporting young men, and telling them that they are important and worthy. If 13 out of 15 young men are going to an evil piece of shit for validation and support, then the issue is within the society that has turned it's back on young men, not within the young men themselves. The issue isn't even with the losers like tate, because society created a generation of lost boys for scumbags like him to capitalize on. Again, society made the choice to leave these boys behind, not the other way around.

Side note, I'm staying the hell out of the UK for the foreseeable future, this initiative is going to backfire so hard and send that little island into complete anarchy once those boys enter adulthood.

If the goal is to prevent harm, then society should be careful not to create it through overreach.

Young men reading this: don’t react the way critics expect or want you to. Don’t become what you’re accused of. That’s the trap. That's what they want; for you to become the monsters they say you are. That gives them license to push down on you more and believe me, that's EXACTLY what they want.

Instead, be disciplined, resilient, and supportive of one another. Reject misandry, in all its forms. You can do this without adopting hatred in return. Refuse frameworks that assign moral suspicion by sex, while holding yourself to high standards of conduct.

You don’t need to rage, rebel, or harden your heart to the point where you feel nothing.

You just need to quietly say “no” to being treated as a problem by default, and live in a way that proves it wrong. You don't need a state sponsored framework built under the politically untouchable guise of "women's safety" to tell you what being a worthy and good man is. You know what it is - be it. Every day.
