Best way is to look up Future’s “almost kiss” theory. It worked every time for me, and it always makes for a great story. The woman will usually remember it because it’s so different from the traditional approach.

Used to struggle with scenarios similar to this myself, best advice i recieved is to get out of my head. The fact you asked if you can kiss her is where you went wrong. Consent is obviously important but if you are already cuddling and she is going along with it she wants something to happen. If you are still nervous a good way to edge into a kiss is actually a neck kiss, look the girl in her eyes, see her reaction, if she is into it go for the full thing.

You just have to go for it. One think I’ve experienced is that if the girl is not ready, when you’re moving in for the kiss she’ll turn her head, so then I just kiss the cheeks anyway and jokingly say “ok I’ll try again in 5 minutes” with a fake laugh. You have to maintain the frame. In your case you let the girl dictate the frame and she broke whatever frame you were trying to establish (the kiss frame).

Right I've got a few for different situations
I'll give the simple ones first

Brother, when you say you left after sometime how long are we talking about? If you leave quite soon then she might think that you were just there for one reason.

You didn't pass the shit tests. Read some books, man, this stuff is very basic. You did all the mistakes possible, which is easy to prevent.

First of all, sex should feel spontaneous, as if it's a force of nature outside of both of your control (yet you're leading to it at all times). You can say that we should stop yet add that you can't and you're losing control because of her.

She shit tested you and you didn't pass any of her tests. She was checking if you'd get upset and you did, which means if she'd say stop during sex, you either wouldn't or behave upset and angry, and who the fuck wants that?
