Wanting sex and being disappointed when its not available is not entitlement. Its just being human. A lot of people need to realize this.

Observing and commenting on the opposite sex is also perfectly normal.

They're not "taught" to be entitled. They have a biological need for intimacy and (usually) procreation. It's a basic need and saying it's "entitlement" is a cheap cop out, a buzzword designed to shame people and stifle all discussion when you have no real arguments, just like the word "insecurity".

Also, people tend to forget society isn't free: it places a lot of burdens and obligations on people. You have to pay taxes (which are a net transfer from men to women and children), sign up for the selective service or draft, you have to let your government gather private data about you, you have to hire expensive lawyers or notaries to makes agreements with people, you're not allowed to work for a rival government even if they take better care of you, and FFS you can't even smoke weed without getting in trouble in most places.

You can't just ask people for all these sacrifices without offering them things in return, those things aren't entitlements, they're just the other side of the deal. And one of those things is that men can reasonably expect to get sex and start a family with some woman, not any specific woman, but some woman, instead of just being a slave labor force to an elite of alpha males. We can see how well the alternative works in other social species where alpha males do monopolize sex and procreation: the lesser males DGAF about caring for the young or the females, are constantly plotting to violently overthrow the alphas and often just wander aimlessly in bachelor groups, not contributing anything to strangers, and who can blame them?

P.S. women feel just as entitled to sex and procreation (as they should, after all women also have biological needs and societal obligations), for cultural reasons we just tend to not call it entitlement when single moms or fat women complain they can't get "good" men.

Love and reproduction are basic human needs. To build a society where people don't expect they will get love or sex is like trying to build a society where people don't expect they will get food. There are people who can go without sex, like monks (actual Christian or Buddhist monks, not MGTOW monks) but they have some supernatural beliefs that support that lifestyle. Western culture no longer has those beliefs.

People don't tend to think that everyone deserves casual sex.

When men talk about their 'need' to 'pump and dump' - I'm afraid no one has any sympathy. Likewise, if a woman talks about her need to extract wealth from one man after the other, no one would have any sympathy - if she's too unattractive to do it, then why should she feel entitled just because pretty women can easily do it??

I think males just like females a lot, and there is some that do annoying narcissistic projections where they think that everything females do is for males, see for example: make-up, clothing choices etc. Then they feel the need to make comments on this, this is why a lot of this sort of talk comes up. Also look at the way certain males talk about sex, they act as if males not having easy access to sex is some sort of injustice.

In addition to this "entitled" is just a huge buzzword and is usually grossly misapplied in my opinion.

All humans are entitled to approach other humans according to our culture system. Telemarketing, door to door sales, asking what the time it is.. If men were not allowed to approach women it would be a special entitlement for women.

I don't understand who's stopping you from having sex. There's a buffet of women, you have, as you point out, functioning sexual organs, there's no law against unmarried sex, no frowning upon it. All the conditions are laid out for you to have sex. It's like if you had food laid out in front of you and a functioning digestive system and you complained that the food is not getting in your mouth. Sure, someone has to teach you how to eat at first, but you had 12 years of mandatory education to learn social interactions. What else can society do for you?

Men were still instilled with a notion of quid-pro-quo. You had to be things, and do things, for the woman, in order to earn her, deserve her, get her, or however you wanted to put it. Treat her right, be a gentleman, get her flowers, keep her happy, let her have the last word, make it always about her feelings, etc.

And guys did that, weren't particularly successful in doing it, and then turned around and went, "Hey, what gives? That dude over there is being a total dick, yet women are fucking him and not me. What kind of bullshit is that?" It doesn't just not gel with what they were taught, but it just feels wrong too - love was supposed to be virtuous, and go to those who practiced virtue. Sure, money and power are cynical pursuits, but love? That was supposed to be pure. So...it just ain't right. They better go complain about it on the internet.

Because sex serves as ego validation. It says to the man, "You, you are worthy! You possess merit!"

In today's egalitarian society, all persons are held to hold merit by virtue of being a person. Everyone possesses value because of their intrinsic humanness - rights proceed accordingly. We have "human rights", an utter pile of tripe and crap foisted upon society's memeplex as one of the unfortunate side effects of the Enlightenment, and in turn, the Greco-Christian world paradigm.

Men expect validation of their ego and humanity. Why shouldn't they? They've always been told that they have intrinsic worth.

But markets exist outside these norms. In a market, you don't provide value just by being "you", this nebulous, amorphous concept of the true self with its according inherent worth. You are what you bring to the table. And the sexual marketplace is a marketplace.

In older paradigms, you did not possess inherent worth. You provided value and received validation for your roles: father, husband, lover, blacksmith. In early America, you could not vote without property - your role as propertyholder provided your right to vote. You can still see vestiges of this when we punish criminals for harming society. You existed as either a benefit or cost for society. But from Christianity came the idea of a precious soul, and so all humans had some degree of worth innately.

Every generation carries this concept closer to its final conclusion.

We must kill human rights before it kills us. The selfish meme does not care about the welfare of its carriers.

Men are taught that being nice and being a prince nice guy charming gets girls.

Both of these correlate to some form of entitlement as they both think they deserve things just for being themselves.

"Entitlement" accusations come from bitches that are upset that "RP" (or remembering they got a spine) causes men to stop tricking off their time to hoes that don't want em. Remember, "entitlement" wasn't an issue for women until RP came along and slapped these "betas" in the face. What I see is due to the male media (video games, movies). I think that most men believe that there is a contract: I do certain things, then I get a girl, who is perfect: Adrian Balboa (Rocky's Wife) or Tifa (from Final Fantasy), these women are 'perfectly' feminine: supportive with infinite patience, loving and nurturing. I think that these depictions of women causes issues, women who can provide maternal and sexual love don't exists. But I digress.

Overall I think men see these images, and also feminist media tells men that doing housework gets you more sex. Which is the opposite of true. So they bend over backwards, acting submissive, then get disappointed that their wives have a headache all the time.

That's a really bad example for the point you are trying to make. Telemarketers and door to door salesmen are way worse than men asking women for sex or a date and there are thankfully many laws that limit that practice (at least where I live).
