Legally it's very clear that men don't have the right to women and sex.

Educationally it's the same.

In media, all protagonists are afforded special entitlements and it's not gendered. Not all men are guaranteed sex from women, only the protagonists(99% of the time) regardless of gender.

All humans are entitled to approach other humans according to our culture system. Telemarketing, door to door sales, asking what the time it is.. If men were not allowed to approach women it would be a special entitlement for women.

Male commenting on breast reductions/hair styles being entitlement to women's bodies. All humans comment on how other humans change appearance and whether like it or not.

Male entitlement to sex is an innate feeling of entitlement due to the nature of sexual reproduction. My parents were capable of reproducing. I have functional sexual organs. I do not have any diseases that are a threat to the species.

Increased expression of male sexuality due to force is due to sexual market forces and not due to taught learned entitlement.
