Male redditor: Men peak in their 30s/40s and can get young girls well into their 30s.

Female or incel redditor: This is a revenge fantasy of TRP virgins, the reality is most young women date men their own age.

My 2 cents:

It's true that most young women are dating men their own age or a couple years older. It's also true that most young women are in college, and their social circles are almost exclusively other college students. Where do girls meet guys at that age? Classrooms, parties, college events, their social circles and other students they meet through their social circles. College is the best opportunity to meet people and for that reason, most college students don't need to search outside college to meet friends.

You can see where I'm going with this, young people interact with young people. For this reason, statistics pointing out that young girls mostly date young guys isn't a good indicator of a man in his 30's ability to attract younger girls.

You also have to consider how many man in their 30s are regularly interacting with 18-25 year olds and trying to date them? I would say this is a minority of 30 year olds, since most will have a 9-5 and their nightlife will be spent with friends and coworkers who are most likely in the same age bracket. Most 30 year old men almost never cross paths with 18-20 year olds in a social setting. Lots of men will also not hit on 21-24 year old girls because they might feel they are too young for them, despite finding them attractive.

Looking at how many 30 year old men are actually dating young women is pointless. The only men you need to consider are 30 year old men who have the following:

  • Handsome face
  • Have been lifting for years and are now 10-12 % BF with a solid amount of muscle. (doesn't need to be bodybuilder level)
  • Have a healthy diet and look a couple years younger. (Genetics also play a role obviously)
  • Solid game/personality/status etc
  • Most importantly: Have a lifestyle in which they are regularly interacting with 18-25 year olds

The last one can not be understated because it applies to only a minority of men. If you are not around 18-25 year olds, you obviously will not be banging/dating them.
