As you'll have discovered by reading the various positions Red Flairs have given in this thread, as well as noting no-one is presenting a "Well, the RP positions is...." Comment, there is no RP position here.

RP doesn't take political positions, it describes human sexual strategy.

If you want my personal opinion...

If you're going to have a democracy. Everyone who is expected to hold that social contract should have a vote. Exceptions being those who break it seriously, or children.

One each, too.

The alternative simply can't expect legitimacy from those it disenfranchises. In the modern era this may by itself hole it under the waterline.

It also causes a lot of inherent risk to democratic system .if there are rules for excluding voters.... What happen when unscrupulous politicians start fucking with them for their personal/political gain ? When the democrats/republicans/Tories/Labour [delete as appropriate] start writing rules designed to target enemy democrats/republicans/Tories/Labour )[delete as appropriate] voters and exclude them from the rolls ?

In contrast to most other posters, I think wide population enfranchisement has actually been a big success, and has failed largely where it has been subverted by concentrations of capital capturing the system. As you can see I am very left wing. My solution to this problem is capitalist, but requires taxes and guillotines. So, I'm probably to left of almost all of RP, but most of BP too.

You allow everyone to vote. And you keep the population well educated. And you simply have to rely of the fact the smarter people can organise better and go from there.

Cutting people from voting by IQ, or by other qualities except those I've outlined seems an extremely dangerous game to play, with little reward.... Especially when, as today, your "high IQ voters" ability to influence events is going to be almost exactly jack shit, as today, because the money talks a lot louder.

Well their voting almost always seems to ~~lean~~ fall left. And a lot of times it seems personal freedoms disappear in favor of "security" and "safety". Look at Sweden, after emasculating all of their men, they open the borders for Muslims that implement Sharia Law and destroy the nation. Majority female and female-minded voters destroy freedoms. Look at yes means yes laws, they are guilty until proven innocent (if you're a man). Not to mention they don't sign up for the draft, so there's that issue of pure unfairness. It's not a popular opinion obviously because how dare you criticize the womyn!

As men our ability to vote is tied to selective services whereas women get it by virtue of being born a woman. Equality would dictate that either you remove selective services being a requirement for men, add selective services as a requirement for women, or remove women's right to vote.

TL:DR until women start signing up for selective services they should not have the right to vote.

If it had been my choice, they would never have been given the vote, but not for reasons related to sexual strategy.

My reason is simply historical pragmatism. Compare the US and its laws at the beginning and end of the 20th century. The big difference is nanny-statism. Alcohol, drugs, working conditions, the economy all are grossly overregulated now "for our own good", and were mostly or totally unregulated in 1900. Women getting the vote is the largest visible reason for that change. In particular, alcohol prohibition was a direct result -- the suffragettes and the Temperance movement were largely the same people, and that group still survives as the (very nanny-statist) League of Women Voters. (The 18th amendment preceded the 19th only because the largest states had already given women the vote.)

I'm not sure I would take the vote away now, though, because it likely wouldn't undo the problem.

women tend to vote for the most attractive man, or can be made to vote as a block for a female candidate if they can get past their "crab mentality" mindset. They consistently vote for more liberal policies that benefit them and that cost a lot of tax money. They vote for people who pander to them like Obama saying "women are not an interest group." They expect handouts like free birth control, free schooling, etc. while not taking into account larger concepts like jobs (recession hit mostly men), trade, and national security (as seen in places like Sweden bending over backwards for refugees). Finally, women make up the majority of voters and are very easily swayed by media, as seen in the alpha example of Donald Trump.

Universal suffrage is idiotic. So are direct elections for a central government. The criteria for being able to vote in a given election should have no bearing on the person, but rather their role in society. Land owners should get to vote for local leaders. Local leaders vote for regional executives. Tax payers vote for regional legislatures. Legislatures vote for the central executive. Etc and so forth (this isn't MY exact plan, but an example of what I mean).

If a woman is in one of those roles, I'm ok with their vote.

I agree that the idea of women not being allowed to vote sounds completely stupid, and I overall agree women should be able to vote. Nevertheless, since finding the manosphere, I have found some of the arguments far more compelling than I ever thought I would.

I believe that women should be allowed to vote cus "muh equality".

Not letting women vote would be like not allowing poor people to vote because "poor people tend to vote for the communists".

Votes should be restricted to:

1) Taxpayers who aren't on welfare 2) People who serve in the military (compulsory) for 2 years when they are younger.

This would solve a lot of problems.
