There was a study and it found members in college whom were athletes and in Greek life, (more attractive guys) were found to be more likely to hold a double standard when it comes to promiscuity.

Also, I find in general no one really likes sluts, guys or girls... No dude wants his sister to become a slut even if he fucking a ton of girls.

i have seen what you are talking about before, but its not common, and believe me I know a lot of losers lol. Most conversations between males about female sexual partner counts are basically attempting to assess whether or not a particular girl they are into has a promiscuous past or not, and from there they are basically deciding whether to try and LTR or just smash and dash.

I think discussing "male slut shamers" is a bit like discussing "females who like watching monster truck races".

I mean, yeah... I'm sure they are there... I'm sure those guys who ain't getting laid make up the majority of those who are there... Yes, I'm sure many are doing it in the hope that "The chick they dig hears them and understands that he's a sensitive caring man thats just right for her".

What do you mean by slut shaming? I've never shamed a woman directly for sleeping around but I also won't get into a serious relationship with her. I have friends who sleep around and I value their friendship but I would never consider being in a LTR with any of them.

I agree with TheGreasyPole.

Slut shaming has and always will originate from women, not men. Teenage girls start trash talking each other before the boys in their classes even hit puberty.

It also makes sense from an economic perspective. Women can offer men a service that is valuable to men, sexual pleasure. Men are often willing to pay a good price for this service... The red pill even claims that most men might be paying to much for it.

They take women on dates, listen to their problems, fix their problems etc.

Just like in any other market, from an economic perspective, producers can benefit from reducing production, creating a shortage and thus driving up the price of their goods.

Sense women are technically competitors, they need to band together as a whole to limit the amount of sex they engage in. The sluts are the women that break this pact, the monopoly, women are trying to form on sex.

Sluts are to women what scabs are to unions. Sluts are to women what low price competition is to a monopoly.

And other women HATE this.

This is the same reason that ban on prostitution, stripping, titty clubs and any other form of nudity almost always originates from women.

They are not trying to "protect" the women that they think men are abusing with money and power. They just hate the fact that there is some whore out there that is willing to do something for her husband for $50 that wife is only willing to do for a vacation to the bahamas and a new necklace.

And like any other special interest lobbying group, there reasons for their agenda are always masked with some other excuses. But the economic incentives are quite clear.

A) If I meet a promiscuous girl I would not shame her for being a slut. Although I might call her that in bed, when the situation arises ;) No shaming there.

B) If I meet an attractive, non-promiscuous girl, I would consider marrying her because she did not sleep with many men. I would NOT choose to marry a girl who slept with many men. I simply chose. I say nothing that shames anyone. Again, no shaming there.

lol. I think that's really just wishful thinking on your part, maybe trying to project some negative feelings onto men you dislike or that are already easy scapegoats. Truth is, most slut shaming happens from other heterosexual women, specifically because it reduces the value of sex with women(which they rely on for their own gain or their own sense of self-worth) and essentially destroys their monopoly on sexual access.

Men who slut shame are, typically, the type of men who either mirror that behaviour as they see it from other women(if not even just to win other women's favour/approval), men who have very old-school/religious views on sex and the playboy types who already have easy access to women because of their looks/status, and who would not only already have a generally low view of women but also especially look down on those women because they diminish their own self of self-worth and accomplishment in successfully dating/bedding multiple women. The men that women chase the most, are the ones who slut shame the most among men because they are in a privileged position to do so(not only does it not affect them socially/sexually, but it can also often be used as a means of increasing their own social market value, especially among the women who slut shame as well).

The guys who don't get laid a lot, or at all, typically don't slut-shame. Not just because it would be completely against their best interest to do so(why alienate the women who are most likely to have sex with them, and the least likely to care about their lack of experience) but also because those men tend to place women on higher regards than most(which is, as illogical and pitiful as it is, the very reason why women often don't have sex with them). Even the few inexperienced men who do slut shame from a distance, would immediately shut their mouths and bless their luck the second they would actually come face-to-face with a woman who would freely have sex with them.

Sluts deliberately look at male discussion boards and shame themselves. Men love sluts, for sex. Men discussing the role of female promiscuity in the decline of civilization is also not "slut shaming".
