Is there a subset of young women ALSO struggling with dating?

Asking about women who wish to date, not about the ones happy being alone.

I know that there's always a small percentage of young women who don't date, but is there a subset of young women (under 30) who are also struggling more than they would 20 years ago? What's preventing them from dating and forming relationships?

Here's the well known graph showing the percentage of young people who had sex in the past year. Although the number of sexless young men is much higher, you can see that the number of sexless young women is also rising.
