They were at the right place at the right time. I just really wanted to get laid that night, I booked a hotel room, went out with my girls, picked the best looking man in the club and took him back to my room.

Allow me to tell you the story of my last casual lover. I was traveling through central America and he was an ex pat living there as a local pot dealer. It’s legal there so not as shady as you would think. When we met he was delivering weed to my friend and he was pretty chill and friendly but didn’t hit on me. The next few nights we all went out to several social outings. we flirted and he was checking me out but never made a move. My friend that introduced us said he was definitely interested in me but I thought he wasn’t. Finally on my last day in town he invited me to a party. the last few times we hung out socially said he never danced,but agreed to dance with me that night. And we danced for a long time. After we danced he went to the bathroom and and said he had to change his shorts because I gave him a chub....it was a beach party so everyone had a change of clothes.... then kissed me And told me how I had inspired him to want to dance those last few nights he saw me dancing with my friends. I can only really give generals because I've had lots of positive and enjoyable first time encounters and don't have the time nor inclination to describe them all 😅

The most positive/enjoyable ones were from tinder. We would chat, it was clear to both that we were just looking to hook up. There would need to be a bit of easy rapport and chatting, and often some chat about what we each liked sexually. This kinda helps to remove the ones that don't have a great vibe or we didn't think we'd be compatible.

Then when we met, a bit of nice easy chat. The vast majority of the time we were both sober although I've had a couple of good experiences where we were both drunk too. Then the communication needs to continue during sex, so the best ones were the ones open to this. That made sure we were both comfortable and happy and enjoying ourselves. Then the best ones would hang about for a bit and we'd have a bit of a chat and a laugh, sometimes go for round 2.

Eh, I was 18yo, travelling around Europe, and we shared the same room at the hostal. He was british. Tall, polite, blue eyes, kinda shy. To this day, one of the best sexual experiences I've had. Which is sad. He was very caring and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

we had a mutual friend so even though I was just meeting him, another person I trusted was there telling me what a good guy he was. This person was gay so that factored in because I automatically knew he wasn't homophobic, and therefore he was at least not interested in hating entire groups of people. Great. He talked to me all night and was interesting. And he was flying home after being here on exchange the next day or I would have wanted more meetings first. There wasn't time for that. I was completely sober because I was driving us around, he was drunk. We spent almost 8 hours together before it happened. And there was chemistry. I can't explain that. Maybe it's my imagination. Never before or since have I even been remotely tempted.

Oh this might be helpful too. Even though another man literally told him I obviously wanted him, he still didn't get it and I had to drive him home last, and hug him twice before he kissed me (I like being kissed first. Idk maybe Im a wimp), and he came that close to not trying at all because he thought I was "out of his league" so there's probably not really leagues if you're talking to someone who doesn't give a shit about that because they have different things they like.
