Report them to the agency which owns the metro. It might not do anything, but it'll at least create a paper trail if they do it again. I'm almost certain this would violate some metro policy. Plus the trains might have security cameras. I don't know what city your in, but this advice should apply to all public transit systems.

next time ask them to first identify themselves with id and to explain the purpose of their filming

the only thing i can suggest is that if they ever publish it, send them( their organisation) a note asking them to show you the consent form you signed for filming you( you didnt sign did you , nor did they record your consent)

if it goes on youtube- you should in theory be able to ask youtube for takedown as they filmed you without your consent. I know people might argue well you are in public therefore they can, but that doesn't usually work if you are making a formal interview

the metro you were on, dont they have their own police?

make a report that you were being harassed verbally and sexually( sexual orientation etc)

i wonder if they have cctv cameras at the station that would help them identify who they were..

at the very least the metro security/police should be aware of people going around doing this.

1: pull out your phone and say this and only this "This interaction is being filmed for my safety." 2: when asked a question tell them "I have no intent to discuss anything with you." 3: continue to record them and say nothing else.
