Funny story. I work in an office full of entirely women. Dudes are outnumbered probably 60 to 1. Every year a few women get pregnant and go on paid leave. To this day, every single woman who has a baby and goes on paid leave, with the exception of one person, has come back for a week, and then quit.

The less value money has, the more hours a family will need to work to maintain a decent life. The more hours parents work, the less time they have molding good people.
