Back before FDS, I met this guy who mentioned that he shaves and likes for his partner to shave. I keep my pubic hair cut low but I was never going to shave for him, like ever. I took it as a “cool story bro” moment. Anyway, after a Struggle City makeout sesh, we got down to brass tacks. When he realized I had pubic hair he 👏🏾 freaked 👏🏾 out. Why would a woman do this for a man? Most men don’t even appreciate flowers and stuff like that. I am pretty clueless, but I always thought that on Valentine’s Day the men would buy flowers and gifts for a woman and I would do a tiramisu from scratch or something (and eat most of it 😂 not very sexy afterwards).

Literally came here to say this. Half of them don't even fucking care about romantic gestures like this. LVM just want sex and they could care less about anything else.
If you go out if your way to be really thoughtful (in my pickme youth I had a notebook full of personal things I learned about my LV-ex so I could do all kinds of nice gestures for him that included his favorite foods, colors, places etc) the first few times I did try to do something he wouldn't even notice all of the effort and detail that went into it.
and then if he tried to do something nice for me (after much begging on my part) he'd like take me on a picnic and forget a blanket, no forks, bring some food I don't even like and had even mentioned not liking.... 😖
