Me and my bf are both uni students. He's a very charismatic guy with tons of friend, whereas I'm a bit more introverted and share all my friends with him (I'm trying all the time to get new ones though). I was also a pickme and didn't find fds until a few months ago.

I want to leave because I moved together with him way too early and I can tell he's very used to me and doesn't really make any effort anymore (I can expand on this but you know what kind of behaviors I mean). Plus I'm constantly insecure thanks to him having over 20 female friends and being especially friendly with this one very beautiful German girl; he's obsessed with Germany and everything German, and when I asked him if he likes her, he just told me she's "too much of a dog person"... He likes dogs too.

When I tell him we moved together too early, he tells me the 'honeymoon phase' would've died down anyway when we would've moved in together eventually. It lasted maybe 6 months AT BEST. When I tell him I'm often jealous & insecure he just comforts me and tells me he loves me, now I don't see any reason to mention it anymore even if I still feel the same way. He also has mental and especially anger issues, but he told me he would try his best to change 3 weeks ago, and so far there's been no issues with that (so I don't have the anger issues 'excuse' anymore).

tl;dr how do I leave when I don't have a particularly good reason (meaning a reason that is ""objectively"" good and acceptable) and he might give me a bad reputation among our uni group and our friends? I don't think he'd purposely make it seem worse, just what I would've stated as my reason; unless he disagrees with it, and he thinks 'being used to each other isn't bad'. Meaning me not having a "good" reason might hurt my friendships and potential professional and romantic relationships in uni, because my bf is so social and well-liked.
