People are going about choosing a partner the WRONG way. First off a "seduction" sub sounds like it encourages coercion. And secondly, you cannot establish standards or fix your emotional responses by being "scarce".

Feelings are natural. You will want to invest energy, spend time, and impress someone. But, you also need to know when to stop if it is not being reciprocated. We make decisions all the time and we cannot be afraid of rejection so much that we resort to emotionally unavailable tactics to compensate.

Most of all what's irritating, is thinking your ability to have relationships is separate from the quality of your character.

I think we need more positive examples here on fds, as all the screenshots of scrotes' messages and depressing stories (including my own posts ✋) is dragging the whole vibe a bit down. An equilibrium would be good.

How does this work? Even in peak pickmeisha days if a guy was barely texting me, I would get insecure and lose interest. I only ever chased guys that I was REALLY into (about 2 guys total). Even then, I felt so awkward forcing it.
