DO NOT SMILE NONSTOP IN ORDER TO GET HIM TO LIKE YOU, OR SHOW THAT YOU LIKE HIM.

THIS IS DOORMAT PICK ME BEHAVIOR THAT ALWAYS BACKFIRES.

If you’re out on a date with him and he says or does something you like, it’s ok to smile, lean into him, be warm and affectionate.

BUT... The minute he does or says something you don’t like, lean back, be less warm, let go of his hand, appear bored even... look around the room (away from him), sip your drink, disengage.

WATCH HOW QUICKLY THAT MF FALLS IN LINE TRYING TO GET THAT SMILE BACK.

Don’t ever be afraid to be COLD sometimes when necessary.

Not only will this train him to be MINDFUL of his behavior (without you having to spell out your likes and dislikes), but he will naturally respect you even more knowing that he can’t behave any way he wants and has to stay on his toes with you.
