Also, I love how these women are openly hypergamous and have high expectations. If a guy has nothing to offer her, she just moves to the city. The reality is that in a lot of these places the treatment of women can be horrifically backward, so I think women (and their parents) are just protecting themselves.

similar story is true in all rural communities. women move out to go to universities and then go to cities to get jobs, while the underachieving men get left behind. This is true in US, Russia, Nordic Countries, etc... However there is another imbalance in the citities, you get far more women there than men, so women still swarm the few eligible men in the cities as " pick-me's"

Aborting female fetuses is the culprit. Isn’t it ironic that by females being viewed as the less desirable offspring, it caused such a gender imbalance that females have their pic of the litter?

Couple that with the effects of the one child policy. Families with one daughter pushed her towards excellence for the family. So you have an entire swath of highly educated females who can pick any man. Successful marriage is more openly valued in China and an outright expectation. These Chinese women are still honoring tradition and their family by refusing to settle.

I know it’s a cold thing to say but I honestly don’t give a shit about the men, especially those that have actively participated in aborting female fetus’s. That’s what you get for literally killing off a gender because you didn’t value them enough as people even when you had existing women to look after for. The dad is right- no educated woman is going to want a guy who lives in a rural village. There isn’t any jobs there for them to use their degree on, and I imagine the son has no skills beyond farming the family’s land.

In the USA, more women are going to college than men also. We’re doing very well making our own money so we do not need to settle for indentured servitude with some scrote.

Ah I watched another video on this topic. It was from the perspective of a woman who is a lawyer and looking into match making. At one point her family is berating her because she wants to be single. She’s a lawyer and has standards, she won’t settle for just anyone. And they’re putting pressure on her to have kids and be married because of how it would make them feel. I watched this a few days ago on YouTube! The comments are surprisingly amazing. There are many other similar videos on YouTube focusing more on the women who are at the "top" (i.e. well educated, good career, beautiful) who refuse to marry "beneath" them and whom the Chinese government has misogynistically (and illogically) deemed "leftover women" because they are 27 or older and unmarried. I love watching videos about them because they are such strong and successful Queens who follow FDS without even knowing it!

Look at this queen in the video below. I love her standards: "at least 5'9", makes more money than me, owns an apartment and is committed to his family" and then later on she adds "is tall and handsome, has a stable job, and likes animals." At the end of the video she turns down the guy she had just gone on a date with , "I think he's nice, but he's not for me" and then tells the viewers that if they fit what she's looking for, to contact her through the dating agency 😂😂😂

Lived in China for a while. Beautiful place full of wonderful people and would love to go back eventually, but I would never consider dating or marrying a man while I was there. Witnessed and was told way to many horror stories from woman/friends there. 😅
