Reverse Shariah is what they want. Two male witnesses have the same weight as one female. Only way to avoid the crime is to never interact with the other sex or be alone with them, ever.
[–]Slade_Riprock 375 points376 points377 points 6 years ago (32 children) | Copy Link
Hey we have video evidence galore of law enforcement mistreating people, beating people, outright killing people... We shall protest this gross abuse of power.
I was assaulted...didnt report it...told no one...didnt seek treatment... BELIEVE Me, WHY WON'T ANYONE BELIEVE ME and protest for me, isn't just my word good enough, why do you seek evidence.
[–][deleted] 113 points114 points115 points 6 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Hit the nail on the head. If you don’t come forward immediately, don’t come forward. We need to support the accused as well as the accuser and let the process play out. The only other thing we need to do is punish false accusers equal to someone who would have been convicted.
[–][deleted] 23 points24 points25 points 6 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
Maybe they dont come forward because they're scared of assholes that won't believe them? You shouldnt not believe the accuser and dont suddenly assume that they are telling truth either. Wait for the facts and then make your assumption as to what you think happened
[–]Rougemak 31 points32 points33 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Or better yet, just let due process play out and let the jury make the call. There’s always time to hang someone in the court of public opinion after the verdict has come in.
[+]bigCinoce -26 points-25 points-24 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
99.9% of the time there is no jury. There is a judge with 50 cases on their ballot and one side has money and lawyers while the other side has free legal aid.
[–]Rougemak 22 points23 points24 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
That’s just patently untrue. It’s a rare criminal case that is actually decided by a judge. Public defenders aren’t in the habit of giving up their clients’ rights to jury trials. And everyone is entitled to counsel, it was decided in the Supreme Court case Gideon v. Wainwright, 372 U.S. 335, and it’s been rigorously enforced ever since.
Also, while there’s probably some difference in funding between certain PD and DA departments, overall they’re all public employees and are usually paid on the same scale.
Edit: the 6th amendment gave you the right to counsel in federal court, the Gideon case made it mandatory for all courts to give criminal defendants counsel for felonies and some misdemeanors.
[–]redditor_aborigine 5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
You evidently do not work in the criminal law.
[–]bigCinoce -2 points-1 points0 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Cases of sexual assault are USUALLY prosecuted by the state (the police on behalf of the aggrieved) vs the individual in CIVIL court. It is a minority of cases that evolve into criminal cases.
[–]redditor_aborigine 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It is a minority of cases that evolve into criminal cases.
Again, this is totally false. I don’t know where you’ve picked up these ideas.
Sexual assault allegations are most commonly brought in the criminal courts. Very few are ever brought in the civil courts (for example, as actions in tort).
[–]bigCinoce 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
From personal experience working in a magistrates court in Australia that deals with domestic violence and sexual assault almost exclusively. I'm not a lawyer, though there are two in my immediate family who I asked about this. I worked security. It could be different elsewhere in the world, but most of these cases are solved in magistrates court here and it's only if it escalates for some reason they would look into criminal proceedings.
[–]GDMongorians 23 points24 points25 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Agreed, that’s the whole point justice. But waiting for 10-20 years after the fact when the accused has a family and nothing about the incident can be recalled accurately is not really fair either. If a girl I slept with in my late teens early 20s at a party when we were both drunk accused me of something now when I have a family and career, I don’t know how I’d explain to my young kids why I lost my job and I’m receiving death threats for something that hasn’t even been proven. My wife would know better, but some aren’t that lucky and loose their families, place in the community and sanity all over an accusation that can’t be recalled. I don’t think accusations should not be investigated and I think rape is ranked pretty high as far as horrible acts. I just think if there’s a huge time gap and no evidence then it’s one person’s word against another and should not even go to trial. The only person regardless of innocence or guilt who will have to pay is the male.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
Sadly, accusations from years ago are only credible due to the #MeToo movement.
The best thing that any accused can ever do is exercise their fifth amendment protections and shut up. No good comes from talking to law-enforcement when you are a suspect.
[–]StrokeMyAxe 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The problem is, what average joes believes is (or should be) irrelevant. Our entire system is built around what you can prove in court.
[–]Petsweaters 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[+]KingKookus -22 points-21 points-20 points 6 years ago* (18 children) | Copy Link
Even if you don’t have evidence against an officer many of them have dozens of complains. That’s all the evidence you need.
Edit: I think this is being read wrong. We have evidence of officers blatantly abusing people. My point was if an officer has 50+ complaints for being violent but you don't have video of it maybe there is something there. I'm not saying if 2 people accuse you of rape you are guilty but much like Bill Cosby once you have dozens of unrelated people accusing you over 40 years maybe just maybe something is there.
[–][deleted] 21 points22 points23 points 6 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
I don’t wanna live in that world
[+]Petsweaters -8 points-7 points-6 points 6 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
You don't think that an officer receiving a bunch of complaints is proof? Lots of officers never get accused
[–][deleted] 9 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No
[–]MBV-09-C 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
I'd say no it isn't, not if they can't be reasonably backed up. You should know how easy it is to put together a mob of people over the internet for one act of malicious intent using paper thin excuses to attack someone. It happens to users from this sub all the time when they get spotted in another sub.
[–]KingKookus -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Let’s say we have a cop with 5,000 complaints over a 25 year career. Is accused of planting evidence, police brutality and groping female suspects. But there is no body camera. All you have is the testimony of the people who accused him.
Are all those complaints a mob or is there maybe some truth in there?
[–]MBV-09-C 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I'd honestly think you were crazy if you were to tell me that in 25 years, out of 5,000 supposed incidents, that there was miraculously not even a single bit of evidence for any of that? I know some people can be good at covering their tracks, but it sounds like you're suggesting this theoretical dirty cop is a perfect genius well past unreasonable paranoia imo.
[–]KingKookus -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Ok so I pull a woman over. When I lean in the windows I grab her boob. What possible evidence could exist?
I’m pulling over someone for drunk driving at night. After arresting them I punch him. The report I file says he was resisting and I had to hit him to get the cuffs on. What proof could exist?
Without a body camera or eye witness it’s not hard to make some shit up. Any person you pull over at night who is alone is screwed.
[–]MBV-09-C 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
And when complaints like that start coming in, I would presume they would start making at least the problematic officer in question be on camera whenever he is on duty. If you have enough information to make a complaint against a specific officer, someone should have started filming him. If you don't have enough information about the officer specifically, film yourself whenever any cop pulls you over in that county or state. If after 25 years, the police haven't filmed him, and no one else bothered to make their complaints publicly known outside of to the police to start filming them theirselves, then it just becomes hearsay. And I'm not trying to shill for the cops or anything, but just like I wouldn't want my career ended over unfounded complaints, I wouldn't want someone else's to either, even the police.
[–]KingKookus 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Forcing him to wear a camera would be a solution but that would require them to at least take the accusations some what seriously. If that happened that would be fine. Either he is caught or he never did anything or he stops.
[–]morerokk -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Nope, accusations are never proof. Otherwise you can gather a group of trolls and convinct anyone you want with impunity.
[–]Petsweaters 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It's proof enough to take a closer look
[–]morerokk 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oh yeah absolutely, it warrants a fair investigation.
[–]arico02 9 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
So if someone is convicted of 50+ crimes, and is then killed by the police should we just assume they did something to deserve it?
[–]Rektangulus 7 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Wonder what his opinion is on that side of the coin
[–]KingKookus -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I said accused. If there is a pattern of unrelated people over a long period of time it is doubtful it’s some kind of planned attack.
But to answer your question if someone was convicted of attempted murder 10 previous times and is now on trial for murder.... he’s probably a murderer.
The police shouldn’t be killing anyone. They have plenty of non lethal tools.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Ah yes, because less lethal and less-than-lethal ALWAYS work, and there's ALWAYS the right conditions to use them.
[–]harbingerofcircles 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Honestly. This point is sensible. İf there's literally 40 people accusing you of something. And there's no one coming out to defend you on those. İt's a reasonable assumption to make that something is indeed wrong.
[–]Petsweaters 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Like Bill Cosby
[–]Lethn 111 points112 points113 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Even though I hate both sides this is obviously female feminists getting angsty their constant agitating over sexual assault is being ignored because of BLM. It's hilarious when two SJW factions go at each other, this isn't about due process, she's mad she can't talk about sexual assault anymore and be the centre of attention so she's trying to steer the narrative away from BLM and shame the activists for focusing so much on the police instead of her lol.
[–]Mode1961 38 points39 points40 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
This is a case of 'why isn't any noticing me over here'
[–]Lethn 12 points13 points14 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yep, to give more detail the clue was in the context of the post, she rants about how people are making noise about police brutality which is a completely separate faction known as BLM and then tries to shame them by bringing up sexual assault and how people were going on about due process and this is pretty much everyone else with a brain. It's actually quite clever in a way and she's subtly using the actions of another group to shame BLM supporters even though lets be real the majority of idiots who support BLM are also going to be your garden variety feminists and SJWs anyway that are against due process. I'm going on a bit today even by my standards but I just find the way they think and virtue signal for power fascinating.
[–]Petsweaters 9 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Cops are killing black people??? But what about MANSPREADING!!!
[–][deleted] 78 points79 points80 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Worse, when you have evidence that directly contradicts the claim, they want to shame you for "saving the receipts".
[–]Lethn 36 points37 points38 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
At that point you can quite happily tell them to fuck off as far as I'm concerned, people are far too nice, they let these shit stirrers walk all over them way too much nothing you say can appease them because it isn't about you it's about the narrative and they're using you as a way to move up in their social hierarchy.
[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
yeah idk why they say that shit. being careful/prepared for the future is never a bad thing
[–]stringdom 9 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Is not even about being prepared or careful, of false accusations. People track finances and pay taxes. How are you going to check if the bank statements are correct, if you don't save the receipts? All the more reason if you are worth $285M.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
am i being whooshed or does he actually mean receipts?
[–]MBV-09-C 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Pretty sure it's a double entendre, 'saving receipts' is being used as a euphemism for being overly cautious around accusations, but saving receipts as a form of record-keeping of any kind is a smart idea so you don't get screwed over, whether from taxes or from slander.
[–]stringdom 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It is a reference to a person who claimed that Justin Bieber had sexually assaulted her. Bieber had literal receipts that proved he wasn't physically present in the place she claims he was when the alleged assault happened. Now he is suing for defamation. The accuser defended herself in Twitter with the expression, "who even saves the receipts?". As if it is something rare or unusual. It is also a reference to an usual defence used in criminal courts. And also a poorly used cliché in criminal thrillers.
[–]Talbooth 81 points82 points83 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

[–]narwaffles 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Idk, I think that I am in both groups. I am against the police going around shooting dogs and black people for no reason but I also think that rape accusations should be proven before someones life is ruined over it. Do most people not agree with both of those things or am I misunderstanding something?
[–]Talbooth 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yes they do, but I guess you also aren't a screeching "abolish the police" type, you just want them not to randomly shoot people and dogs.

[–]Mugin 16 points17 points18 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You see, sometimes proof makes it hard to accuse people falsely and get a ton of attention, sympathy, see the person you want to hurt get years in prison and his life ruined.
Or when you drink way too much, cant remember what happened last night and regret having sex, then its important to be believed to save ones reputation at the cost of some dudes freedom and more.
I think that the way forward must be showtrials where we skip the whole idea of a real trial and just sentence people according to claims made against them. I'm sure that will be great for everyone.

So unfortunately proving rape is difficult, and I genuinely feel real sympathy for actual victims of rape that never see justice done.
Then there are these scumbag people that make false claims of rape.
To the genuine rape victims; you deserve justice everyday.
To the people making false allegations; you deserve the same length of time behind bars that an actual rapist would receive... You destroy not only your victim's life but the lives of every legitimate victim of rape.

They're not perfect, and "not perfect" at the scale of the USA is fucking terrible, but in all but perhaps the very worst places they're still a net positive. They could do with a hell of a lot of improvement and shouldn't be blindly trusted -- just like you shouldn't go vigilante based on someone making accusations -- but that doesn't mean they shouldn't exist.

I mean there is a lot of video evidence of the police brutality. If she's trying to make to equate the two situations, then how about these women start showing us the video evidence of these rapes and sexual assaults? I mean if they can produce that kind of evidence, I'd shut the fuck up and support throwing the attackers in jail, but that ain't the case.
Words and groundless accusation vs video evidence of events

Whenever I see a statement beginning with "Yall" I know nothing intelligent will follow. For example, this waste of oxygen can't comprehend someone wanting cops to stop murdering (mostly) men, and also believing in due process. These are not mutually exclusive beliefs at all. In fact, wanting cops to stop killing people without due process is entirely in line with innocent until proven guilty. How dumb do you have to be to see a contradiction here?

Interestingly enough, being a man is a much higher risk factor for getting killed by police than being black.
[–]orcscorper 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oddly enough, whenever I bring that up some misandrist calls me racist, and tells me that men are more likely to be killed because we commit more crimes than women.
Then I say something about police targeting men more, men being charged with felonies where women get misdemeanors (if that), and men getting longer sentences for the same offense. It's line for line the exact same arguments, but I'm the asshole if I say "male lives matter". Because patriarchy.

You see, i think the phrases 'guilty until proven innocent' and 'innocent until proven guilty' are kinda jarring for me. I may be completely wrong here, so please correct me if i do mess up, but there is such a fine line in between how these two phrases are used. For example, using 'guilty until proven innocent', while allowing for perpetrators to not simply get away from what they have done, also may hinder those that may in fact be innocent. The same goes for the term 'innocent until proven guilty' : it allows those who are innocent from the get go to stay rightly innocent, and it allows those who are guilty to be given fair punishments. However, it also allows those who are guilty to get away if there is no substantial evidence against him/her. Essentially, if the perpetrator hides his/her actions properly, he/she can get off scot free. I believe that we can often have a misconception about how these terms are used, and often base them off our own personal opinions. This could be the same with the justice system, in the sense that these two phrases are used in different situations, and it is hard to accurately depict which situation would go under which statement. Using these two phrases depends on how well evidence is gathered/hidden, and in some cases l, possible bias of the court. But what do yall think? After all, im just a boy with a pea brain.

[+]McGauth925 -6 points-5 points-4 points 6 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link
We had the killing of George Floyd on video. That's pretty good proof. And, we have lots of evidence of other cops treating black males very differently from white ones - including video and eyewitness testimony. And, we have historical records for slavery, Jim Crow, poll taxes, the Oklahoma City massacre, etc.
If we have a rape or assault attempt on video, with 10 eyewitnesses, it's pretty much an open and shut case.
[–]cardboardbox47 7 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
Yeah like the white guy that had two officers kneeling on him instead of just one, they do be treating black people way better

Do you understand the notion of statistics? If so, then you know that stats tell us that blacks are stopped and abused a lot more often, and that, if whites are abused by cops 10% of the time, IT'S WAY WORSE THAT BLACKS ARE STOPPED AND ABUSED 30% OF THE TIME. And, while I don't have any links handy, I'll bet you'd have no problem finding that information on the net. If you really wanted to. My figures are off. They're used here just to illustrate a point.
[–]cardboardbox47 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Yep so youre saying that black people make up over 30% of all arrests while making up only 13% of the population? Thats funny because they commit over 50% of crime so the arrests make sense, this is a wrong use of statistics, measuring the numbers and discarding the parts that disprove your agenda and taking a little slice of the truth and using it to further your own narrative, you might say that yes black people crime a lot more than white people but black people are treated worse than whites when arrested by police, this is usually the next stupid argument someone like you likes to use after they were proven wrong, actually, white people are more likely to be killed by police, when given the same number of subjects, so you couldnt argue that its because they are the majority, they are still killed at higher rates than black people

https://www.newscientist.com/article/2246987-us-police-kill-up-to-6-times-more-black-people-than-white-people/
Blacks commit more crimes per capita. So, it makes sense that they'd be killed more. What I'd like to see is information on black vs. white deaths as a function of wealth and income. I'm guessing that poor inner city blacks commit crimes near the level of poor inner city whites. But, what we see instead, is the rate of crime of all blacks vs. all whites. Black people hold, on average, about a tenth of the wealth of white people. The crime rate should be higher. AND, blacks face a lot more racism than whites do. Personally, I don't face ANY, and wouldn't expect to unless I walk into a black, inner city neighborhood. I haven't yet done that in my whole life, and I don't expect to. But, racism has to increase the crime rate even more.
From what I see, people such as yourself blame the the higher level of crime on black people, without taking poverty level into account. AND, they maintain that there's no such thing as institutional racism. That proves, to them, that black people are simply more evil. Thus, the racism that they don't believe exists in the first place is justified in their minds.
Another apples-to-apples comparison I'd like to see is the rate of deaths during the process of being arrested, of blacks compared to whites. I would expect it to be higher because of racism. Blacks may resist more, because they see cops as the enemy more than white people do, which would lead to more deaths. AND, white cops may kill blacks more, even when resistance is taken into account.
Ah. There are such studies.
https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/being-arrested-is-nearly-twice-as-deadly-for-african-americans-as-whites/
[–]McGauth925 -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
White people aren't killed more often per-capita. Black people are.
And, you're pretending that blacks commit more crime in a vacuum. Unfortunately, they don't live in a vacuum. They live with significantly more poverty and institutional racism. Whites don't face racism at all.
[–]cardboardbox47 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Youre actually dumb, white people are killed more often than black people when adjusted for population, theres no institutional racism in the us and white people are faced with racism every day, blm fools chanting for killing all whites, affirmative action is a form of institutional racism against white people, they are given less opportunity because of their race, you think white people dont face racism because you think black people cant he racist towards white people, black people crime and ruin their communities so they get arrested more and their next generations become poorer
Not dumb at all, but thanks for your opinion.
The first place I looked https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2013/crime-in-the-u.s.-2013/offenses-known-to-law-enforcement/expanded-homicide/expanded_homicide_data_table_6_murder_race_and_sex_of_vicitm_by_race_and_sex_of_offender_2013.xls
And, for the year 2013, showed 3005 white people killed, and 2491 black people killed. In 2017, non-Hispanic whites comprised 60.7% of the US population. Blacks comprised about 14%.
The years are different, but I would assume that the figures would remain roughly constant. That tells me that, per-capita, blacks are killed at a much higher rate than whites are.
At https://www.newscientist.com/article/2246987-us-police-kill-up-to-6-times-more-black-people-than-white-people/ they tell us that blacks are killed by cops at 6 times the rate that whites are.
So, wherever you got your figures, IT LIED TO YOU.
And, I just found out that racism is also defined as prejudice. One of the definitions is synonymous with what I hear called "institutional racism." Racism by institutions. When we look at how many institutions blacks control in this country, they really don't have the wealth and power to control many. Those are mostly owned and controlled by white people.
But, again, look at the numbers; 14% of the population doesn't have much wealth and power, compared to the 60% of white people. It would be better to have 14% of people hate you than to have 60% of people hate you. And, those 60% have a lot more influence with cops, courts, colleges, businesses - pretty much everywhere. So, you're wrong again; whites don't face anywhere near as much racism as blacks do. To make up for some small part of that disadvantage, affirmative action was created. It's like bringing food a food pantry, instead of giving it to somebody eating at an expensive restaurant.
The problem with A. Action is that it needs to be applied to class, instead of race. Poor whites need as much help as poor blacks, although they don't face the level of racism that blacks do. Everybody should have access to the necessities; housing, healthcare, education, and job opportunities. And, wealthier people will fight that tooth and nail, because the money would have to come out of their pockets.
About crime in black urban neighborhoods, I'd have to guess that poverty is the source for a lot of that. And, it should be higher in poor black neighborhoods than in poor white neighborhoods, because they also have a lot more racism to deal with. But, many white people would rather think that black people are simply more evil, and that they deserve shitty lives. That suits wealthier people; they have ignorant white people fighting against any substantial changes in our system. White racism helps them ignore the huge inequality in our country. That's why they fund media like Fox & Friends.
[–]McGauth925 -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
What you don't know and understand has filled books. You should read some of them. And, look up the difference between racism and prejudice. It's an important distinction that too many white people ignore. I'm white, BTW. And, turn off Fox, because you didn't get any of the ignorance in your last post from CNN.

I just learned something.
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/racism
Definition of racism 1: a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race 2a: a doctrine or political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute its principles b: a political or social system founded on racism.
Yup, a black person can believe that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.
Elsewhere, I've seen racism defined as prejudice. Black people are probably MORE prejudiced against whites than whites are against blacks. Hundreds of years of slavery and Jim Crow crap will do that.
I always thought that racism was the 2nd definition above, exclusively, and blacks in this country never had enough wealth and political power to create a political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute its principles. Now, we hear the term "systematic racism" to get at the fact that whites control the government, the courts, the police, and most businesses in the US. THAT'S where the real problem lies. That, and the fact that there are a lot more white people here, with a lot more wealth and power, than there are blacks.
I get daily news on the net, from Associated Press, Google News, and NPR. I avoid CNN, mostly, because, while I think Trump is the Devil incarnate, CNN puts too much opinion in their "news." Their opinion of Trump agrees with mine, but it isn't news.
Yeah, I keep mentioning Fox, because you really sound like someone who gets their information and attitude from such a source, if not exactly Fox. That's on you.

For every instance of obvious police brutality against blacks, I can offer you a counter-example of a white person being treated either the same or worse (black-on-white police brutality is actually not uncommon). But white people getting raided in their own homes just isn't clickbaity enough for reddit.
[–]McGauth925 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I don't do anecdotal. I can't link to statistics, but, I've read that stats say there's an obvious difference in the way blacks are treated by police, and the law (and by damn near everything else of importance in our society) as compared to how whites are treated.
So, we disagree. Yes, whites get treated by aholes abusing their power. Just, way less often.
