Alpha is how you carry yourself.

I don't follow either of them and only know of Rollo since he is brought up here so often, but a picture isn't about alpha or beta unless somehow it captures a alpha or beta like activity.

Neither are Chad. I'd have to see how they act in a room of men to see if they were alpha.

I love Rollo’s work. He doesn’t have it 100% right imo because he is still bitter about hypergamy and that sort of filters into his work, but he’s still a genius in my book.

Rollo should lose the beanie! That is not a look that is befitting to a man near 50 that commands respect from his audience. Rather, it makes him look insecure and silly. He knows how to talk the talk, but doesn’t walk the talk. For someone who teaches the “theory” on how to be masculine and “alpha”, he doesn’t present himself that way. If he wants to be taken more seriously, he needs to pick up some weights, get a little sun on his pale baby face, grow some facial hair to cover his sagging jowls, and dress like a man!

Pat Campbell, on the other hand, oozes masculinity. He owns his baldness and age with confidence and has the muscles to go with it.
