A couple days ago, a certain "BP" user (and i'll put that in quotes as it relates to the topic of discussion) linked a RP user to /r/TheBluePill for some classic misogyny that was stated on a debate they had on this subreddit. Subsequent comments on this subreddit showed this "BPer" to actually be quite classist especially in regard to voting rights.

Now, if you operated under the assumption that BP does not have an ideology, as many BPers like to state, you might believe there is no issue with this. However, that belief is pretty fucking dumb. In fact, a majority of TBP thread was dedicated to trashing OP for her classism, rather than the RPer for his misogyny. Later, it was also sleuthed that this "BP" user was homophobic and racist, which only added flames to the fire of TBP's treatment of this user.

The salient point though, was that if TBP is simply "not RP" this should not have happened. The focus would have been on the misogyny and RPer, and not the supposed BPer and all the other topics that were brought up. How did all this happen then? It is simply because TBP does have an ideology. If you believe BP does not have an ideology, you are as incapable of thought as the user that got burned by this belief, maybe just less racist and homophobic.

Another user of the metasphere made this point that does highlight what someone who is aware of what is going on would question:

[Redacted], according to snoopsnoo.com here you are a far right anti-feminist pro-life homophobic female christian with fundamentalist tendencies who lives in the south and loves dominant military men, jesus, racism and refers to their father as "daddy"

Now all of this is fine and dandy, I'm just confused about why with these values you have over 100 posts in /r/TheBluePill. I was under the impression /r/TheRedPill was the bigoted one?

Others made similar clarifying statements both on TBP and in other meta subreddits. A couple even recommended her to RPW.

I think it is pretty clear that it is not enough to simply hate low-value men and their sometimes odd views to be BP (this is because that is not what RP is at it's core either, it might even be RP to take part in that). What it does require is a more universal collectivist set of ethics, that places moral duties on individuals toward large classes or groups of people. Really, this is one of the only ways it makes sense to take issue with the core concepts of the RP ideology as the two beliefs are exhaustive and exclusive (i.e. collectivism vs. individualism). I feel that if you do not believe BP has an ideology, you either do not understand what RP is as an ideology or it is a failure on your part to understand simple logic and the reality of the situation.

Edit: I'll add one more thing to clarify. This doesn't necessitate that RP is bigoted, just that at a minimum they have to not care one way or the other since they do not apply duties on people to these large groups that BP does.
