Isn't this kind of already the case for a lot of sexually unsuccessful men? I know it is for me.

I have a normal sex drive and I find women attractive. I've never had a woman show sexual interest in me and at this point the idea of it seems alien to me, I wouldn't be able to accept the idea that someone finds me desirable. If a woman started flirting with me I'd just assume it was some sort of scam or prank.

Why even discuss if it's better to have a sexual awakening, it's not an option. Let's discuss if it's better to never have had sex. It's probably better to have it once or twice than never. It's always a huge deal to a virgin but most have the same reaction after the first time: "is that it?".

I think it's more dangerous to have experienced great sexual chemistry or sex with a girl you love.

This is medically and psychologically an unusual topic but I happen to be ultra liberal in this regard, and thus have a bone to pick.

I see no reason for there not being a fast track for people in therapy to access those drugs that numb away most of the sex drive while in effect. At present it's almost only prescribed to people with a criminal pathology, child molesters and the like.

Although there certainly are people who just want to be rid of the drive which causes more grief to them than joy. Up until recently, these people have usually tricked their therapists in order to stay on psychopharmaca which have side effects of numbing the sex drive. The problem for the concerned now is that a lot of these are being phased out in favor of drugs which don't have these (in this case wanted) side effects.

Why in the hell can't we just pragmatically give this to incels and others who ask? Should be a natural step in a treatment plan anyway. Drug isn't permanent and it makes sense to, for a period of time, numb the drive so that patient gets a clear head to reevaluate their lives, right? You can always just stop taking the inhibitor later (if it's time/it wasn't the right approach for individual)

Why's there an automatic assumption that the desire to get off is so damn sacred anyway? Granted, most people, celibate or not usually wouldn't want to lose the desire to jack off, but you can't just assume others SHOULD want what you do. So you invalidate them by speculating they must have a shame complex or warped self-esteem or whatnot. This completely ignores the fact that we aren't all the same, chemically or neurologically.

This goes wrong because of the duplicitous nature of human sexuality.

Women who choose their sexual partners through sexual shame and pressure will often still exercise the desire to sleep with those who they are sexually attracted to.

the nature of women is closer to capitalism, so where there is sexual liberation, the cream rises to the crop.

Where casual sex is accepted, but monogamous marriage still being seen as the ideal goal, it gives people the opportunity to ensure that they are sexually attracted and compatible before commitment, so by my standard, this is the best time to date thus far.

Women can make their own money and not prostitute themselves for provision.

Men who can maintain multiple women can have them just without all of the social and legal benefits.

& people can choose who they want to be married to more honestly.

Right now, the gender war is just the growing pains of this.

Many people still are sexually duplicitous and have Madonna-whore or gentleman-gigolo complexes and force themselves into boxes that they don’t fit, but I believe that integrating sexual standards and preferences with traits that display long term compatibility is sexual integration.

People should use the sexual freedom as a starting place for sexual integration.

Every male or female can improve their own attractiveness enough to find willing partners that they are at least a bit attracted to. You make the assumption that women are the givers of validation and the arbiters of male worth. What a load of bull? As a matter of fact, it is this attitude that keeps most men from succeeding with women.
