Not all women enjoy debating gender dynamics online. Your work colleagues are a different demographic. Not sure why you would expect people in this subreddit to be a representative sample of the population or even more specifically your environment.

That’s not a surprising reaction given that you are 30. Probably like at least 95% of men that age are not virgins so it makes perfect sense they would be surprised.

Again, that is a totally expected reaction given how rare it is to have no relationship experience at your age. Being surprised about something rare does not in any way contradict the claim that most/some of the time, men are at fault for their dating struggles.

A personal conversation between colleagues is completely different from arguing gender dynamics on a debate subreddit, obviously, the type of response will be different. Asking you questions about why you don’t want to get married (very natural follow up question) also does not contradict that some women don’t want to get married either.

I won't know you're a virgin unless you tell me.
I don't judge people by relationship status. A lot of luck is involved in outcomes.
I've lived my life without getting married and provided for myself. I didn't particularly want to get married and have commitment issues myself.

The basic issue is you believe a lot of myths. Plus not all women want the same thing or think the same way. Just like men.

Most men aren't like the guys here. Like 99% of men are well adjusted, average, and normal and get laid and have gfs and wives or are happy single.

As someone who actually wanted to date virgins and is a virgin I can tell you that at least for me they're not difficult to spot. Every now and then you'll get a surprise but...for the most part no. Am I bitter?

This isn't gender-specific. If a man or woman is unwillingly single, they're doing something wrong. Either they need to get in shape, date more proactively, or work on whatever else is hindering them from finding a partner.

Women here say they don't need a marriage and if we say we don't wanna marry, just say yeah we don't need you anyways.

I don't see the issue here. You don't want to marry these women, so focus on women you'd prefer to date instead.

I’ll keep saying this. To be pragmatic about your own life, It’s not about who’s at fault. It’s about what you can most control. Is it more realistic to change something about yourself or the rest of the world?

"Women can smell a virgin from miles:" - i don't know who tell that, i've only seen women claiming that they have no way of knowing unless a guy tells himself or when they have sex and he is really inexperienced. I have a lot of sex experience, those are the only options for me to know.

"Women here say that if we as a guy are single, it's our fault that we are at fault. " - again, false. Hell, a guy can be single by choice.

"Women here say they don't need a marriage and if we say we don't wanna marry, just say yeah we don't need you anyways." - this is a little bit more complicated. because somehow it's socially accepted for people to stick their nose into other people's business and try to tell then what's wrong. I face similar things from women and men, about not wanting to marry, being child free and so on. This is mostly other people trying to force social norms on others.

why I don't want to marry

It's fine if you don't want to marry. What we have a problem with is men who don’t want to marry, but do marriage-like things, like buy property, have children and combine finances and chores. Married women are protected as assets are divided evenly in the event of a divorce, as these women are putting in a great deal of trust that her husband, who relies on her chores and childcare because he doesn't do them, doesn't just turn around and devalue her work after 20 years.

But cohabitating women, who live together with men in a marriage-like relationship but aren't married, aren't protected. These women have all the unpaid work and stress of a wife, but none of the protections.

Why are you dating? If you don't want to get married, then you also don't want the stuff that comes with it, like combining chores and finances. Stay single and don't have children, because you're just wasting women's time, unless you want to exploit her unpaid labor by finding some cohabitation loophole. If you want a relationship for sex, you should each maintain your own residence, do your own chores, pay your own bills and manage your own life.

If you don't like the disadvantages of marriage, that's fine, but you shouldn't be benefitting from the advantages of marriage either.

This is a debate sub, between people who hold redpill and non-redpill beliefs, so there are a range of beliefs, not a single set of beliefs that all “women” agree with. In life there is even greater diversity.

I was doing a part time job while studying masters. I had some female colleagues. one day (as westerners are open about sex), they were asking about me and then asked what I like to do in sex acted surprised and called me a liar when I said I was a virgin.

This sounds quite odd to me that you’d be talking about sex in a workplace. I live in a western country (australia) and the only way I can imagine this question being asked would be if everyone was young, immature, and had not yet learned how to act professionally. There could be serious reprimands of sexual harassment for this kind of conversation.

Them asking you this question may actually have been teasing you, because you were “shy” and didn’t fit in, and they probably didn’t expect you to actually answer. It sounds like very immature teenage behaviour. Was it a student job?

Again, I can’t imagine this being said in a western workplace, it would be very inappropriate and unprofessional. Or did this take place in India?

Again it may have been a joke, not intended to be serious.

However there is a world of difference between talking to a stranger on reddit and talking to someone who knows you. People who know you irl might think you would be happier in a relationship and married, so they may encourage you out of care for you.

However strangers on reddit don’t know you or necessarily care about you. If you say you don’t want to get married, why would I care? How is it any of my business?

More importantly, why do you care? Why do you care what people on reddit or your workplace say? What is it you actually want to know?

Men love comparing radical feminists to incels in an effort to discredit feminism, but incels aren't exactly encouraging men to do their fair share of parenting and household duties, like the feminists are. Proposed radical feminist solutions involve planning book clubs and vegan brunches to avoid men, but proposed incel solutions involve some form of coercion and rape of women as a part of their sexual entitlement. So how can incels be the same as radical feminism? They're not. You should stop comparing as if they are.
