I often wonder why more men dont prioritize their sexual needs more.

Here is my argument: as long as it is legal, why not pursue your own happiness and meet your needs?

Sex is one of the primary needs in Maslow's hierarchy of needs ,the most universally accepted standard of needs to date.

And according to this system, you will focus on meeting the primary needs before you move on to meeting secondary, tertiary etc needs.

Which makes sense. A hungry man who has no secure access to food will first think about food before he thinks about shelter. Same thing with thirst.

Any person will make sure that they satisfy and have security in their most primary needs before moving on to higher needs.

Single men are essentially in a never ending competition for sex. The fact that a woman can now freely decide to cheat on you without legal repercussions or leave you in no fault divorces means that the competition doesnt end with a commitment either. Commitments dont really grant you much security nowadays.

If you cannot satisfy those needs and have some security in them, then it will affect your productivity. It doesnt manifest like hunger and thirst in the form of physical issues, but it manifests mentally.

I firmly believe that both simping and incels are outcomes of sexual deprivation. They are both mental states that arose from long term sexual starvation. And neither are much better than each other.

Sexlessness in a relationship also leads to a number of issues and affects your productivity.

Given these issues, why dont more men do what it takes to secure sexual access from multiple sources? Why not have multiple girlfriends? Why not use the services of escorts? Why not engage in sex tourism?

Logically speaking, i simply dont understand the logic behind men in monogamous couplings or men who are in situations that deprive them of optimal sexual access.

I have never willingly deprived myself of sex from a young age, and i can attest to my mental health, my financial and professional success and my overall happiness at least partially to being as sexually satisfied as i am.

I genuinely think most men would lead much happier lives if they simply got more sex. I understand that its not easy, and its not getting easier, but i dont understand why a man wouldnt pursue the goal of meeting one of his basic needs.

There are no laws stating that a man should limit himself to one woman. No laws stating that if your wife isnt having sex with you, that you cannot have sex outside your marriage. No laws stating that you have to remain in a sexless marriage or low sex marriage.

So whats the issue, pursue you goals and enjoy your life!
