Not all the demands are unreasonable and some of the ones if she is serious about finding a good husband should be included. But this is the classic case of reading between the lines to reveal the truth.

As a guy well over 30, and pretty successful, when she demands someone both under 30 and not a scrub I have to roll my eyes.

Its nothing personal, kids, its just that you haven't even been out of school even one entire decade yet. Like, your uni textbooks are still useful on the job LOL so young so very young. The ink's still wet on your diploma LOL. Work hasn't even retrained you (uni is often more of a weed out or intelligence test than actual job skills, especially in STEM)

With respect to "must have a car" well a kid that young has probably never owned more than one car LOL, if that, LOL, whereas I've been thru a couple and have some experience and skills etc.

Demanding never married/engaged at that age sounds like demanding she be a virgin; good luck with that.
