Here is the thing. I went through the same betafying process you seem to have used on him. Nagging, bitching, being offered cuddling instead of sex.
I wasn't nearly as Alpha as your boyfriend seems to have been one day, I never became as beta as you paint him to be now. Never took anti depressants, but became depressed, and craved her validation. She didn't give, I went deeper into beta, she took the lead and drove us to a pit.
When I woke up, it was a bit too late for our relationship. Turns up I felt her value lowered for me because she did the mess (I shouldn't hold her responsible for being a woman, yet it's hard not to resent her for it) and she became unworthy of the better version of myself.
Here's the first thing.
You had the lead, you made the mess. If he has to leave the pit for his own, you, that one way or another felt his shitty self was good enough, won't be nearly good enough for him.

Second, there are three worms. If he catches any of them, you are doomed. There is no recovery, the relationship will have to end:
- "Oh.My.God. she is cheating on me" (Insecurity about the relationship, or insecurity about some intangible thing that he will either identify the relationship as the cause or it will represent it);
- I give her everything, she gives me nothing, she used to give everything to some douche back on the day (she's SEVERELY overcharging me for sex and/or affection);

If you stay with him you need to take on being a submissive quality female that provides more then sex as a full time job. While you're doing that, while you're showing him with your actions that you're not running, look him in the eye and tell him to "Go on that hunting trip" let him roam a little and shut off that need to break him down and get anxious that he will cheat. You need to even, gasp, shut off that need for hot alpha sex.

Be patient. Sometimes it takes one trip, one game of basketball to wake a guy up. Part of his depression might be coming from seeing the subtle signs that you are packing your bags. Unpack your bags and apologize for tearing apart his hobbies and socializing; I'd say you can even come out and say you were genuinely thinking about leaving. You don't have to trot out the whole redpill world but you can simply tell him that you miss his spirit and energy and you know you're partially responsible for it going away.

If at any point in time you do all this for JUST YOU. It won't work. If you're not going to make an honest unselfish attempt. Move on...

I wouldn't hate yourself for taming the bad boy. This is an ingrained habit that most women have. Before redpill society, mothers, and grandmothers would warn young ladies against this and it was common knowledge that you need to let a man lead and be the captain of the ship. There's a lot of knowledge taught to women that's been lost. Most women don't have any idea that they will completely lose attraction to a man they've turned into a beta. Your guy will need to 1. Get off the meds asap 2. Experience a significant emotional experience and get shaken to the core 3. Take the time on his own to regain composure and self reflect 4. Figure out what he wants out of life for himself and himself alone

You can help him with this, but it won't be obvious. In a sense though, you will need to 'let go' of him for a while at least. Say about three months from when he's had his SEE(sign emo exp). Enough to let him find his own path. Meanwhile you can recharge yourself and detox the resentment you've built up for him. Afterwards you have a chance to start over. If the spark is gone, it's gone, but at least you (and he) did all you could.

A significant emotional experience on itself isn't that straightforward to attain, but it can be done. Breaking up would possibly work, but it's kinda hard to do it without losing your ability to guide him in any way. It's the only option within your control if he's not willing to cooperate though.

Other option is a strong dose of psilocybin mushrooms. However this should be done with care in controlled circumstances and without the interference of other meds. If he's willing, this could be a way.

Lastly, if you honestly do care, start with talking to him. Open up completely and tell him how you feel without involving his actions into that information. Tell him that you're worried about where the guy you fell in love with(if that was the case) has gone and what he thinks of that. How he feels about it all. Obviously you will have to be prepared to approach him with compassion instead of disgust as you will basically be opening the gaping infected wound of weakness. You're not trying to get aroused by him here, you're trying to get him out of a mental death trap.

A lot of high test men crash around the time the nature expects them to have a child. Hormones adjust to prepare one for living the family life. There is complex system of triggers and this is probably where your part came in. When a woman does this to a man, usually a child follows. If there is no child though, or the person has been taking drugs, eating bad diet etc. the internal hormonal programs spiral into confusion. Depression probably happened to him as a result.

Also, if you had had a child, your perspective on life would have changed too with all the prolactin. You didnt, so now you are neurochemically incompatible.

If hes at the point hes taking ssri already its going to be difficult. Id say leave him, but only after you make sure he gets all this. It can take a lot of horribly difficult conversations, but he needs to realize well what happened.
