Put yourself in the woman's mind and try to understand her point of view. Compliments about her looks is bombarding her on her phone from when she wakes up till she goes to sleep, then keep coming while she's asleep. This gets very annoying to women. Only time I would say anything like that is when we’re already in a sexual interaction, that’s when you start getting belligerent. Otherwise be discrete and indirect with compliments or dirty talk. Compliments are appreciated by women only if they come from a source they are emotionally invested in. This might be right away because of the setup or conditioning otherwise it needs to be built up to.

Compliments coming from a source she’s not invested in are perceived as not “earned” and often classified as a trap.

Don’t give out compliments unless you have strong reasons to believe she will appreciate them: like you’ve been talking to her for 10 minutes and she gives IOIs.

I would suggest to compliment a person for something they have put effort in themselves. Looks you are born with, but the way they style/present themselves, the way they carry themselves or things they are into.
