Getting a flat would be your best option since it opens up different possibilities. Just be sure you make these big life decisions for yourself, and not just for the sake of getting with more girls. These are very big changes to your life that you’re mentioning, and it’s pretty stupid to take these chances only for women.

Options 1 and 2 are bad options. Notthat they are necessarly bad but you want them for wrong reason. Never spend money on expensive stuff to impress girls, do it for you. They will not care. Even if you have a nice flat, you still need to bring them home. If you are not even to do that you pay a lot for nothing.

And no, a car will not impress the ladies. They dont care/ know anyhting about cars lol

As someone else said, a combination of 1 and 3. You don’t have to get a necessarily expensive flat right in the city, especially if it’s gonna eat a lot of your budget. But with that said having your own place is gonna be a huge advantage for your dating life, not to mention privacy and being independent.

I have a sports car (kind of). It attracts teenagers and young adults but basicly only dudes. They take pictures next to it / of it. While sometimes I am with a girl further from the car she can see it draws attention but apart from funny laughs about that for girls any car is just 4 wheels and a steering wheel. They do not care and they do not distinguish cars at all.

Unless you want to have some super-famous car like Porsche or Lambo or something similar. But those cars would attract the kind of girls you might not be interested in. AKA gold diggers lol.

So I would scratch that option it will not work and you will only waste money on a car if you are after girls. Cars like that should be bought because of your own passion in said brand / car.

Get a decent flat not too far from a crowded mall or shopping street, then learn daygame.

Best combo ever.

I learned proper daygame last year and I could legit get one date every day if I had enough time. I also paid for this coach to teach me after I struggled by myself and it was the best investment I ever made . Lost my virginity in 3 hours to a random girl in the street, she took me on a trip for 10 days in Italy, and since then I have been stacking up dates . I have been dating in 4 different countries as well so it works anywhere.

So yeah if you have the budget, get an apartment located to a good daygame location, and invest in a good daygame coach.

That being said there are a lot of scammers but my mentor gave me a free call then trained me for free for a few days, so it was difficult to say no lol.

Thankfully I could see after a couple of days that he was legit, just drastic changes in my results. It also opened my eyes on how wrong list of the advice people give here is.

In my opinion and experience you don’t necessarily need any of those things but it does help - even with those that aren’t attracted to money as it gives you a higher sense of self worth.

Now you see, I‘ve pulled within 10 minutes of meeting a girl and took her back into a smart car (first gen, the really old and broken one), and taken her back home to my parents place.

Still though, when I had nice cars, I felt even more confident, simply because it was something I really like and knew it seemed much more impressive than what I actually paid for it. Really gives you a nice boost.

Same thing goes for a nice place as well.

But let me tell you ONE thing:

The perfect thing would be a compromise.

Find a nice flat that’s not in the City Center but near some nice locations/things to do, maybe a mall or a bar etc. and get a nice car that’s not too expensive.

A C63s goes for about 60k here, same as a used S63 or 500 Coupe.

For 30k you can get an e300 coupe (still very nice) or, starting around 20k you can get a c200 Couoe or cabriolet.

Porsche Cayman (the older ones) also go for something between 20 and 30 grand.

You could lease an M2 for about 600 bucks per month, depending on your financial situation.

(A Taycan is also about 60k used)

So, picking mid in both combines to be great. I recommend that (unless you save that money and invest in real estate, brings you more in the future than the temporary satisfaction of pulling someone)
