The guys on this sub make me appreciate my moms. Cause she did her job.

When i was little( 5 ish) she made sure to make friends with other parents at school and set up what I could only call play dates. They'd bring us to the park to play and I figure socialize as well.

I've made friends from that time lasted over a decade. Some of my long time friends were girls. As such I didn't think they were mystical perfect creatures and I didn't have any problem talking to them.

Summer camps were a yearly thing for a while. You're all on your own and you have to make friends. Some of us became even closer as we came back year after year. My first hand holds and kisses happened at summer camp

She didn't let let me stay inside for all my teenage years playing videos games either

She practically forced me to play a physical sport. Any sport of my choice really didn't have to be a team one. I picked swimming. I made a lot of friends of good friends on my swim team. I also met the girl i'd lose my v card to. And swimming kept me fit which is very very important.

It's very easy for me to come to this sub and laugh at the guys for being losers.

Like how did you not know that being fit, being stylish and confidently flirting with cute girls would get you laid? Did you really expect prettiest girl in class to like you because you were nice? lmao

But it's never that straightforward is it? If they had my childhood , they would have probably realized that girls care about their appearance and want guys who care about their appearance. They wouldn't have to figure about how to flirt from reddit (a laughable concept in itself); they would have learned over time after years of fumbling.

Kids can't magically drive themselves to the park and they don't have money to pay for summer camp. Video games are designed to be addicting hence why parents should limit that shit. It seems a lot of the bottom 30% are simple a result of bad neglectful parenting.
