I think religious men can more easily find a tradcon woman to marry. Finding a non-religious tradcon woman is like trying to find a unicorn, in the West at least. Non-religious women are more likely to be against traditional gender roles, based on my experience. While a non-religious man CAN marry a religious woman, there is a high chance that they will butt heads regarding their religious differences, especially when it comes to raising children. Religious men also have their place of worship as a potential venue for meeting women. Lastly, I think religious men can sell their faith as a positive personality trait to religious women. Being non-religious is a neutral-at-best trait in my opinion.
