What is your end game here? Think long term. You want women to birth much less children AND have less sex simply because they don't want to die? You want women to start take the threat of men's unwanted sperm even more seriously and maybe even become violent? Do you want to be entitled to sex because of some biological gotcha?

Or do you want medical professionals and women to just make their own decisions based on situations that you will never be aware of? I'm for that one, personally.
