Ugh, remembering back to my pickme days when I was SO flattered by male attention and would do anything to get it, even if it meant chasing THEM. And the majority of them were losers.

Nowadays...male attention just irritates me. Probably because 99% of the time, they’re just interested in sex or anything else they could get from you (money, emotional support etc).

My mom told me when I was younger that “men will stick their dick in anything, don’t be too flattered”. Wish I listened to her more.

If they compliment/flatter you, just say ‘oh I know’ THEY CANNOT HANDLE IT. You really get to know the ones that can not comprehend someone knowing their worth outside of their estimation / perception of you.

It’s not what they think about you, it’s what you think about THEM.

This mindset allows you to never feel inferior in any situation; personal or professional and focus on yourself.

I agree with you completely. However, referring to women as "ladies" is demeaning. "Ladies" refers to comportment - "be a lady," "act more ladylike" - and is demeaning to women because it implies an expectation of how we're "supposed to" act. If your point is that we don't need to act a certain way to achieve attention from men, then don't refer to us as "ladies." Women is the preferred term.
